Vacation (2015) I'd have to give somewhere around a 6/10. I do have to say the humor can be a bit "ugh" at times depending on your taste but it is trying to do it's own thing and I guess can somewhat respect that and I have to admit it got a laugh out of me here and there, Whether you enjoy it or not depends on your preffered humor. If you enjoyed the original National Lamppon's Vacation film then maybe rent this one and see what you think.
Creed was fucking awesome It was not really a boxing movie, it was a movie about being the son of the best boxer in the world and coping with it
The Night Before I'm not a big fan of comedies, but this one was quite likable. Humor was pretty continuous though the last 5 minutes of the film was a bit dry. Surprised to find Michael Shannon in it, he was great. 7.5-8/10
Is it true that Stallone is a lock for Best Supporting Actor?
I'd say he stands a chance, he pretty much stole the show in my opinion.
This Is the End - It was good to see well known actors make fun of themselves, especially coked up Michael Cera.

I guess this is the best place to ask, so here goes; I'm playing through the Wolfenstein series and I like to watch movies related to the games I play. So I'm looking for films with crazy overpowered nazis, demons, ancient cursed artefacts, etc. I'm thinking Michael Mann's The Keep, maybe Indiana Jones 1 and 3, what else can you guys propose? I'd rather watch actual good films, so I don't know if Iron Sky is right.

canned totempole and bondersock cumbermunch.
I just watched Casino Royale again and it is just the best Daniel Craig Bond movie there is. The other movies just lack a bit of depth to not only the plot, but also the characters. I really liked Casino Royale because it shows James Bond in a vulnerable state instead of only being this no-emotions kind of killer. I think this makes it transcend all the other Craig Bond movies, where it's more than just a fun action movie. I mean, it's not a perfect Bond movie because it still has a lot of cheesy stuff going on with bad guys, plot points and acting but still, I liked it.
hellboy
Oh man, the first Hellboy movie is fun as shit, it's more of a comic-book movie than any of the MCU in terms of tone and performance.
hellboy
Oh shit, haven't seen it in ages. I've really grown to like Guillermo Del Toro's films. [editline]30th November 2015[/editline] Erm, maybe also Captain America: The First Avenger? I don't recall it being that good, but if it's got nazis, why not consider it.

12 angry men A very interesting tale. Bunch of great performances. Not sure how jury works today, especially then but some of the guessing I couldn't behind because it was guessing. But that's the point of the movie and it keeps you interested all the way through.
I'd rather watch actual good films, so I don't know if Iron Sky is right.
Iron Sky is the exact opposite of an "actual good film". Where Eagles Dare is a great watch, it's not supernatural or anything but it has a very classic "shoot your way out of a mountain nazi castle" story.
Er Ist Wieder Da 7/10 Things I liked: - Oliver Masucci does a convincing Hitler impression. - The comedic scenes were very funny. - It doesn't shy away from criticizing politics. Things I didn't like: - The movie doesn't know if it wants to be a mockumentary or a regular movie and jumps around between the two styles erratically. - The movie 'lampshades' the fact that it's never explained why or how Hitler came to modern day Berlin. [sp]The end teases with it but ultimately there is never a solid answer.[/sp]

goes from kind of cool superhero period piece to fighting deformed agent smith at the evil doom fortress bit too fuc yea questionable human experiments the nazis prolly wouldve done but its ok cos were america for me but i guess thats the way things go when your main character's name is captain america actually they did seem to kind of touch on that from what i remember since the villain also went through the same experiment, captain america just got luckier. maybe im looking into things too much but maybe they were touching on something there, that'd be cool. i realize it's a superhero movie but i was always a bit unnerved that the guy who's supposed to represent our country is the result of human experimentation
i was always a bit unnerved that the guy who's supposed to represent our country is the result of human experimentation
He's also the most anti-big-government guy in the marvel universe. He was absolutely horrified about [sp]SHIELD being taken over behind the scenes by Hydra[/sp] and refuses to accept Tony's idea of [sp]Superhero registration and tracking[/sp], which will lead to the events of Civil War. He volunteered because he wanted to fight, but he's actually a big weenie when it comes to conflict, as he'd rather see it talked out.

Rogers is a hero because he's willing to give his all - whether he's a muscley powerhouse or a 98-pound weakling he's not going to give up on righting wrongs or fighting injustice.
I saw Spectre recently and I honestly had a lot of trouble following what was happening. [sp]Why did they let Bond into the secret terrorist meeting? Who the hell is Mr. White? Is he in one of the other films? Also what's so bad about the surveillance system/why did they want it so bad anyway?[/sp]

[sp]mr. white is a member of spectre and the sub-organization quantum. the bad thing about nine eyes is that it was a complete setup by spectre, who organized terrorist attacks around the world to convince intelligence committees to pool their data together so that spectre would basically have an eye on the entire world. this is bad because nobody should have that kind of power, and it also refers back to the whole drones vs man idea going on in the film. also, as to why they let bond into the meeting, my guess is they knew that the dude in mexico was killed since C was a spectre mole, and passed word that bond would most likely find his way around.[/sp]
Haven't watched a film in a while, I took the time to watch Nightcrawler. [sp]That film is fucked up, really develops the sociopathic trait of the main character well. I started out thinking he's just some sleezeball but you get to see how much of a manipulative freak he ends up being towards end of the movie. It was pretty obvious his partner was gonna die though, the whole "Poor boy caught at the wrong time" was easy to see coming when things started turning for worse[/sp] It was actually pretty fantastic, I'd give it a 9/10

[sp]Also what's so bad about the surveillance system/why did they want it so bad anyway?[/sp]
Because of anti-NSA/surveillance sentiments. Honestly, that subplot was probably my least favorite part of the movie. I mean, does anyone care about that stuff anymore? Too little too late, imo
