POP tabs? get out.
...
Not a GOOD REASON to tell someone to get out. Soda was called pop back in the day, which is why he calls it pop tabs, because where he lives: They call it that.
oh no op you're gonna get pancreatic cancer stop right now

They are actually worth a fair amount of money if you take the to your local recycling shop.
Could we see another picture of the jar please, tell me, how many of these 'pop tabs' are currently in the jar? What time did you last see the jar? Was the jar in any sort of distress? At the time of the jar, did you hear any strange noises?
They are actually worth a fair amount of money if you take the to your local recycling shop.
fair? yes. worth it? if you're homeless.
I don't have a preferance of calling it "soda" or "pop" but I can't call it "sodapop" because that makes me sound like an old man.
My grandmother calls soda "tonic," which nobody outside of Massachusetts seems to recognize. :v:
enough with the pop criticism, it's actually called "Soda Pop" different states and provinces use one or the other, maybe both, no one is wrong by saying either, and saying someone is just makes you sound like an ignorant moron.

then again it's mostly if not all americans making fun so there you go.
I have a huge fucking jar of this stuff. My family's been collecting them for years. At the very bottom dates back to around the late 90s.
why?
[editline]04:54AM[/editline]
Think of what you could do with that jar, you could piss in it and throw it at people for example

That's cool. I'm hoping the whole bottom will be covered in tabs by tomorrow night.
my family also has a tab jar, apparently they went up price or something
My ex had a 3 liter juice bottle full to the top of them.
ive never heard them being called pop tabs
i dunno whether its a british thing but we call them ringpulls
I have a fucking massive bag full of pop tabs (oh sorry, I meant "Soda Tabs").
The tabs are in one of those huge bags that are used to hold frozen steaks and shit like that.
The bag has so many fucking tabs I can't even count.
Good luck with your endevors - it's a long journey, but rewarding. I would say at least 1200 are required. How is it rewarding though, yo may ask. Well, those pop tabs plus explosives plus containers equals FRAG NADES!
When the jar is full make a competition on Facepunch. Who ever can guess how many tabs are in the jar gets a steam game, and don't forget to count them on a live webcam stream.

This isn't fallout... Although it works better with pop caps and lunch boxes.
Donate them to be melted down and turned into wheelchair parts. That's what a guy at work used to do. He'd just ask that everyone put their ring pulls in a container he had there and then like once a month he'd go donate them.
Personally I collect mine too. I have like 27. I use them for bass picks :D
682.
A few cans later...
Here's to Canadians and the term "Pop". Sure as fuck is better than "Soda".
OP, you may have inspired me to do the same thing. I have a minor addiction to pop on occasion, so this could prove a weird experiment.
You know at first a read it as "filling a glass jar with poop" then as "filling a glass jar with pop tarts" and after finally reading correctly I still ask myself the same question why?
