With a 3G dongle and a laptop, I think this is possible. Anybody here with more money than sense willing to try it out? [editline]24th July 2011[/editline] this was brought up in the stella thread btw
This could also be done with a smartphone. Just download the Ustream.tv app if you have an iPhone.

I'd do it from my iPhone if I could find somewere to explore. I'l have a look around sometime...
I know data plans in Denmark are cheap. I have 1 gb free data each month, but no smartphone. Anyone from Denmark (with an iPhone+ustream.tv) wanna go somewhere?
I'm up for it... But I don't know of any Urbex areas here in Denmark.
My brother has an Iphone, maybe I can livestream the Stella brewery.
This would be cool
I would love to watch this here in Perth where i live there's no abandoned buildings for miles
I'm going to have a look around and speak to some mates. OMG. THERE IS I REMEMBER. I wonder if its still there. I should try it. How about tonight guys? There is an abandoned house that is like listed and everything meant to be haunted.
Ustream on Android also supports it. I have a smartphone and a feasible data package...I know a building but not so interesting [editline]26th July 2011[/editline] I could still do it though :ohdear:
I know of a few cool locations, but I do not own a smartphone or have a 3G subscription. I don't suppose if there's anyone in New England with the required hardware who'd be willing to tag along? :v: [editline]26th July 2011[/editline] Livestreaming an adventure through a large storm drain actually sounds like a fun idea.

I've got unlimited data for my iPhone, but nowhere to explore.
dont you live in the boston area like me?
Yes, south of Boston.
I would love to watch this here in Perth where i live there's no abandoned buildings for miles
South Freo power station is pretty neat. There's some old rusted out stairs to a roof area, but getting up and down them is fucking terrifying coz of their design. They are kinda mostly supported by some bolts they are hanging from connected to the ceiling and they are missing a few steps here and there.
I'll be going around a theatre tomorrow at some point. I'll try to sort ustream out. Just had a play with the app, and it looks like it could easily be done. Watch this space :)
Yes, south of Boston.
middlesex county area?
I would do this in some of the abandoned areas here, my problem is knowing what interests people so I wouldn't know what to focus the camera on.
middlesex county area?
Bristol County
You can stream from your iPhone if you have one on different cam sites and such.
