My little brother underwent open brain surgery in September last year. I was terrified the whole time, but the doc knew just what he was doing, and my little bro's completely recovered now, no complications.
I can no longer find fault with Canada's public healthcare.
But don't worry. You've got good docs. You'll do fine.

If I were you, I'd get really pissed at this point, hearing that the doctors were wrong all the time.
I mean, sure doctors make mistakes too but it means that if you hadn't said much about those attacks to your wife and if you did not insist for an MRI, who knows what could happen in the future.

this one guy i know got brain surgery for a tumor and smells popcorn whenever he lifts his left arm it's p cole but he says that he's always hungry for popcorn

Fun fact- most brain surgery is done while the patient is awake. The brain feels no physical pain when operated on.
