I finished reading the OP, was full of hope that everything was going to be fine and dandy after a successful operation and it was all just something minor. And now I read that you have brain cancer.....well I'm out of words really. :frown:
I hope that you'll live long enough till some kind of medical breakthrough will happen and you'll be saved! But....slim chances for that.

I too really, really urge that you consider this, a lot of people instantly think "OMG SPARKING UP A JOINT WONT HELP ANYONE" but first off yeah it can, and secondly, there are so, so many other ways of getting the benefits of cannabis without actually smoking it
Anyways, best of luck to you man. It makes me realise (and probably a lot of people in here too) that we may think are lives are shit, but we really haven't been through anything yet
That's really hard, man, I hope you pull through okay. I'm sure you'll manage it. Just got to stay positive about these things. There are reports of people dying when they are misdiagnosed with terminal illnesses, so the placebo effect has a [b][i]LOT[/i][/b] of impact on this sort of thing.

I haven't thought much about how I wanted to bring it up... all I know is I'm going to be on so many medicines I would prefer to try "alternatives" as much as possible. Even if they seem cliche or silly.
I think you'll have a better chance and motive getting dope when you start having sleep and appetite problems, or if you really want it you could "exaggerate" the facts.
