God of Gamblers 3, I watched this many times, and it never gets boring to me. It's very funny with alot of action, uses many other asian movie references. Stephen Chow is in it, so its good :D

Ong Bak. Awesome fighting movie, there's no stunt doubles and the fighting is extremely well done, and cool to watch too. It's like Bruce Lee on steroids. And it's in Hongkong too, since you seem to like the place so much.
Yeah, like Chocolate, no stunts, people can get hurt really badly, even the protagonist herself. Same director for Ong Bak. : D
