i get visual snow when it's night time and i turn off all the lights
I get this really bad i thought it was just normal
If it's pitch black out, I get visual snow pretty bad, but usually it kinda gives an outline of things. I donno, I thought that was normal, as well as floaters.
Since I've had lasik, most of the other optical flaws have been cured, like starbursts etc.
I have all of the symptoms. Rated OP informative, never knew it was an actual condition. I have about a 10 - 4 on that snow simulator thing.
I get all of them, except the static is EXTREMELY EXTREMELY mild. I can BARELY see it in the dark.
I'm scared
Same
Only in my left eye, I have a genetic disorder.
I love seeing floaters i name them too sometimes.
Sometimes I go completely fucking blind at night and all I see is static.
Agh fucking tinnitus
tinnitus is shitty when I'm trying to sleep.
Scores are 10 and 2.
This might sound a bit far fetched, but a while ago I read an article or saw an interview with a certain scientist that had an idea to cure blindness and deafness. The idea was that while your organs might not function your brain still, so that a certain dream world could be created that visualizes the images or sounds.
This got me thinking about visual snow, cause when I dream I don't see any noise either (Or any of the symptoms that accompany vs ) So wouldn't it be possible that with certain stimulation that a filter could be applied that filters out the noise.
Any pseudo scientists around that can explain if this is possible or not?
If we think differently, this noise might just be static produced from other signals in the brains (during waking life). In dream life, there is less static.
I can remember trying to explain floaters to someone in primary school and they were like "dude, you're mental". But then I explained it to someone else and they were like "yeah that's normal".
Floaters generally come when I look the sky
I get floaters occasional but they don't bother me I mean ill get them like once a week.

But couldn't it be like when you hallucinate, seeing things that are not there. But then using that as a filter to filter out the noise?
I get floaters a lot.
Snow density 14
Flicker 3
:saddowns: give me hearts.
I have very mild snow and I have this weird "vortex" thing that happens where basically it looks like there is a spinning vortex thing where I look. It usually happens when I look at the sky or at a dark surface or area.
I've got the ringing but I only notice it when focus on it. Also get floaters, I find it fun to try to focus on it only to have it move away D:

Starbursts are just annoying.
Whenever I look closely, I can see those Floaters.

Seems like a lot of people has a case of floaters.
I never get floaters, apparently im not getting enough fibre.
Oh wait, visual floaters...
I hate visual snow :saddowns:
I get the snow when trying to look at stars at night. Really depresses me coz it obscures about half of the stars I can see. My friends can always see loads more :frown:
The ONLY time I see static is in the dark.
I need to turn up my eye's ISO settings
That would just make it worse.
I have that visual snow crap all the time. I just thought I was looking at particles that were moving or some shit, fuck I'm a stoner
I have a really, REALLY faint tinnitus and I only hear it when it's dead quiet like sitting in a car in a garage far from the roads.
I also see noise when I look at carpets with really deep details.
Floaters are cool, except when you try look at them and they move with your eyes. :argh:
Also look at a light for 4-5 seconds.
Then try focus on something small, you cant see it :v:
I thought.. I thought everyone saw stuff like this.
:ohdear:
Floaters, static, tinnitus. My senses are fucked, and there's fuck all that can be done about it :sigh:
That tinnitus commercial was stupid, I have it too but it's not ruining my life...
I have it, I like to close my eyes and look at the psychedelic crap when im bored.
