i thought english lang last year was easy. hopefully lit is the same. holy FUCK though tomorrow calculus BC i am so goddamn nervous.... i am studying like crazy more right now i really need to get a 5
One thing I'm scared of in AP Lit is that I'll fuck the poetic techniques up. Or that I won't recall enough about a book to write about it
Congratulations to everyone who has taken the Pysch Calc AB/BC tests so far. Those are way above my level of learning
I can't believe how long it takes for the results.
i dominated that BC test, ABSOLUTELY dominated it. i will be surprised if i dont get a 5. and tomorrow lit, which shouldn't be too hard i don't think.
I took gov apush lang lit calcbc and physics b and it really paid off now instead of taking a back breaking 17 credit hours each semester and wasting my time on worthless humanities and science electives im taking 13-14 hours, just barely full time
The BC calc felt like a joke. We'd done every AP test that's released since 1996 and this was way too easy. Either that or i failed it really bad, but i quadruple checked my answers with so much time i had left.
The non-calculator MC was pretty killer, but the calculator MC and the FRQs were pretty easy
Yea the noncalc MC i had the most trouble with. I counted around 5 i wasnt entirely sure on. Physics on monday will be a killer though i really need to study for that
Physics is not a useless science elective.
you're right its a useless science prereq my mistake
Shit I feel like I did well on most everything in lit but I absolutely bombed the third essay, didn't have enough time and forgot all kinds of things about the books. Ended up writing less than a page. at least the multiple choice seemed easy enough.
On the topic of standardized testing, I just took a practice EMT exam. Holy shit. My head.
Have my AP Statistics exam tomorrow, Physics on Monday, and Government on Tuesday. For Gov I have to be at school by like 7:45 am, pretty sure I'll fail both it and Physics.
Didn't know half the terms on the first Psych FRQ. What the fuck is center-path persuasion (or whatever the fuck it was)?
My class talked with our teacher about the terms, and she said she has never heard of them before (she has a ph.d in social psychology or something like that) and that she is pretty sure it isn't in the curriculum (because we didn't touch it, and we got through everything.) [editline]9th May 2013[/editline] Don't worry about the fact that we talked about it. It was released today and we had class last, so we were officially allowed to discuss it :) http://media.collegeboard.com/digitalServices/pdf/ap/apcentral/ap13_frq_psychology.pdf
Exams Taken: IB English SL p1, p2 - prose easier than poetry, p2 not too bad IB Physics HL p1,p2,p3 - p1 was easier than expected, p2 was really hard, p3 wasnt too bad IB History HL p1, p2, p3 - Writing hurts so much now, not too difficult IB Math SL p1, Overall well, wish I didn't have history p3 on same day so I would have been able to study. Exams left: IB Math SL p2 - just graph everything IB spanish ab inito p1, p2 -never really learned spanish, so p1 is going to be hard I might get the ib diploma, but I doubt I will get much college credit as where I'm going only accepts 6s and 7s in HL courses. History is the only class where I have a chance of getting that unless somehow they liked the ib film stuff.
Gonna be doing English Language & Composition tomorrow, don't feel too bad about it.
The day has finally arrived for AP English Language & Composition exam. I honestly have no idea how to feel right now. Whatever happens tomorrow, happens.
I failed the fuck out of my Calc AB test yesterday, and I'm pretty sure I made a 4 or a 5 on my Lit exam today. Still have Bio monday, and US Gov't/Comparative Politics tuesday. I'm not happy that I have to do a full testing day.

Stay confident.
Shoutout to everyone taking the stats test today!

AP Lang MC: Easier than I thought AP Lang FRQs:
Since 24 hours have passed since TZ2, I now get to belatedly say: 9/5/13 I WAS THERE THE NEW ANSWER BOOKLETS WERE STAINED WITH THE BLOOD OF INNOCENTS AND MISPRINTED OCR NUMBERS
They sent us the wrong paper 3 for history, so the ib coordinator here had to call up ib and print the correct history of the america's paper 3s.

And Math Studies SL is easy-peasy in my opinion. Took it last year, got a 6.
90% sure that those essays were the worst I've ever written
i asked a junior who goes to my school what the open ended was and he said write a well developed essay on the relationship between ownership and sense of self. that doesn't sound hard at all. i'd write about marx lmao
