2001, 2002, 2003 was all fucking awesome. I was too young then so I only have some off them. I mean, the Bohrok and Rahkshi, Toa the other animal things were all awesome. Deep down I still like them, but I spend my money on other stuff and I guess have grown out of them :/. But recently they just lost it. Crappy £6 sets with about 10 peices, it just lost it. I guess it's time for it too finish.

I have all of the original Bionicles somewhere around here. I got a few of the newer ones too but none beat the original ones. Ah.. the memories. We used to bring them to school and play with them. My favorite was the green one, Lewa or whatever it's name was. (Opon writing this I just googled it and I was correct, it's name is Lewa. Holy crap my memory is amazing. :v:)

Hey, it's my childhood...
The story wrote it self into a corner when Mata Nui was banished to Bara Magna, it was a dead end. I would love to see a decent game or Half Life 2 Mod or Garrysmod Content of these. When I was young I'd dream of the Bionicles being in Doom. There are a bunch of guys on another forum that are trying to convince Lego to allow an upload of the .ISO file from the Legend Of Mata Nui disks, it was a cancelled Bionicle game from way back in 2001.
I now have a massive urge to go find my Bionicles and play with them.
God I loved these things!!
All right, who else agrees that they ruined the story after they got off of the Toa's storyline? The Toa were fucking beasts and once they went away from them it just got crumby.

I still have the first edition of the first Bionicle comic. I also got Lewa (the original version) before it was even out in the US because I was visiting Denmark when they first came out in 2001. I even had a T-Shirt, with Gali on it. RIP childhood, you will be forever missed. :saddowns:

I bought at least 10 or so, but I always mixed parts so I only have one that is properly built anymore, and he's one of the newer ones that wasn't as badass as the originals.
Oh man... I lived off these things, back then. Me and my one friend Danny would play with these things all the time. We would build our own ones, and make teams, and we would battle it out. We did this all the way up until his Dad lost his job and he had to move north...
I still call him every so often, but...

Cool, I wish I had the Manas but the only way to get them is by buying them off the internet, even then they would be expensive as hell.
All of my bionicles are trashed, have scratches running all over them, I was a destructive child. :ohdear:
