Trespass is great. Different from Nursery Cryme by miles and a lot folkier than the rest but worth hearing.

Steve Hackett's solo material was pretty good. I can't comment on Gabriel's or Collins since I've only heard So and Face Value

get yourself Gabriel's Melt and Collins' No Jacket Required. Those things are supreme.
Gabriel's solo work is of a totally different caliber than his work with Genesis, honestly. Much more experimental. I'm considering making a thread for him right now, actually.
Still can't downplay his Genesis years, though.
Gabriel was completely insane during Genesis years.
