Okay does anybody know of any good "last man on earth" movies? I watched The Quiet Earth and I am Legend, but found both of them lacking.
Does anybody know of a good giant monster movie excluding these: Trollhunter Cloverfield Godzilla(1998) The Host Monsters(2010) King Kong Starship Troopers

I've heard it's better, though. [editline]22nd January 2013[/editline]
Does anybody know of a good giant monster movie excluding these: Trollhunter Cloverfield Godzilla(1998) The Host Monsters(2010) King Kong Starship Troopers
There's always the original Godzilla and the sequels.
There's always the original Godzilla and the sequels.
They are ridiculous in my opinion. I cant watch them because they are so poorly made, I wish I could, I wouldnt have this problem of having no monster movies to watch.
I cant watch them because they are so poorly made.
it's a 1954 movie you wally.
Does anybody know of a good giant monster movie excluding these: Trollhunter Cloverfield Godzilla(1998) The Host Monsters(2010) King Kong Starship Troopers
Try the entire Sci-fi original library, they have loads of monster movies.
They are ridiculous in my opinion. I cant watch them because they are so poorly made, I wish I could, I wouldnt have this problem of having no monster movies to watch.
The original movie is really good. I don't mean King of the Monsters, I mean the original Gojira.
Try the entire Sci-fi original library, they have loads of monster movies.
Tremors.
Anyone suggest some movies of this nature: Mission: Impossible Blue Valentine American History X Anything redemption or action related that isn't total shit, or maybe some good indie movies like Blue Valentine.
it's a 1954 movie you wally.
Exactly which I wouldnt mind but I cant really get into it because all I see is a guy in a rubber suit trampling toy cars.
Try the entire Sci-fi original library, they have loads of monster movies.
Thanks, some of these are quite interesting!
The original movie is really good. I don't mean King of the Monsters, I mean the original Gojira.
I'm sure it is a must for every monster movie fan and a classic but the silly special effects and how Godzilla is portrayed... feels like watching somebody playing with dolls.
Tremors.
I was thinking about watching that one but now I'll defenitely give it a go!
Thanks, some of these are quite interesting!
Try Rock Monster, it's hilarious.
Anyone suggest some movies of this nature: Mission: Impossible Blue Valentine American History X Anything redemption or action related that isn't total shit, or maybe some good indie movies like Blue Valentine.
The Bourne Movies maybe? [editline]22nd January 2013[/editline]
Try Rock Monster, it's hilarious.
Google Search came up with this:

Ahahaha does this thing really appear because if it does then It's a must watch!
Anything similar to SAW (Intricate murder, crime etc.)
The Bourne Movies maybe? [editline]22nd January 2013[/editline] Google Search came up with this: Ahahaha does this thing really appear because if it does then It's a must watch!
Um. That's from Neverending Story. Rock Monster is a sci fi original, pretty hard to come by. http://movies.netflix.com/WiMovie/Rock_Monster/70070312?locale=en-US It's something else.

Will defenitely give it a shot.
Anything similar to SAW (Intricate murder, crime etc.)
Collector does a pretty decent job for it just being in one house.
Any horrors that will scare the shit out of me and has loads of tension. Fucked up movies would be cool too. [sp]they have to be good[/sp]
Any horrors that will scare the shit out of me and has loads of tension. Fucked up movies would be cool too. [sp]they have to be good[/sp]
You didn't like my earlier suggestion? How about Hitchcock movies. Really any of them, even his thrillers can be a bit scary.
You didn't like my earlier suggestion?
If you're talking about Twilight, I don't think I have the balls for that.
If you're talking about Twilight, I don't think I have the balls for that.
It is quite scary then, hm? Mostly just agonizing. I couldn't even watch it with friends, it's just too awful to even make fun of. Such horrible acting, horrible plot, horrible everything.
Anyone suggest some movies of this nature: Mission: Impossible Blue Valentine American History X Anything redemption or action related that isn't total shit, or maybe some good indie movies like Blue Valentine.
"Harsh Times" with Christian Bale somewhat reminds me of American History X
Anyone have recommendations for good L.A. movies? (LA Confidential for example)
Anyone have recommendations for good L.A. movies? (LA Confidential for example)
Heat Lethal Weapon Training Day [editline]23rd January 2013[/editline] Well it's in LA, but I'm not sure that's what you're looking for I suppose you're looking for movies with smooth jazz and all that [editline]23rd January 2013[/editline] oh yah Chinatown
Anyone have recommendations for good L.A. movies? (LA Confidential for example)
Drive [editline]22nd January 2013[/editline]
Anything similar to SAW (Intricate murder, crime etc.)
Se7en. (Much better than Saw IMO)
Revenge movies that are like Oldboy and I Saw the Devil.
Drive
Ha I just watched that last night. I realized too how amazing that movie looks, I'm looking forward to more directors using digital cause that crispness is so nice
Lethal Weapon
haven't even seen this and i think Dick Donnor is a great director.
Anyone know a movie similar to Drive or has some of the same themes?
