Any movie that is based on either SWAT or anything Police related and isn't exactly a comedy (police academy) or a rambo-style swat/police move. End of watch is a great example and SWAT firefight (2011) is alright too, might be a BIT too rambostyle but it's still cool.

Watch these films back to back and love them. Action is top notch in the favella's, characters are strong, moral quandies are interesting and the actors are fantastic. Its intelligent action.

I saw some film years ago called Man Bites Dog. It was some foreign film about a film crew following around a murderer. It was sort of a comedy but was sort of fucked up too. I remember thinking it was pretty good
