I've been getting through the various Chow Yun Fat movies. I've watched the Killer but I listed it in order of the first ones I ended up watching. I'm more looking for the modern ones with people like Donnie Yen, though.
Anything about the whole Israel/Palestine/other surrounding arab countries mess? I've already seen Lebanon and Waltz with Bashir I don't mind if its not in english (obviously since I watched Lebanon and Waltz)

Hope you've not seen it already.
I'll also ask, are there any good movies about the Chechen wars + The Soviet war in Afghanistan? There's 9th Company, The Beast and Prisoner of the Mountains, but idk what else. Again, don't care what language
I hate to say it, but I can't really help you with those. About as close I can get to Chechnya and Soviet Afghanistan (apart from the films you have already mentioned) are Behind Enemy Lines and Rambo III, respectively. Unless you can dig up the old War Movies Thread, I'm of little use to you.

A movie similar to Pitch Black and Riddick.

Is 'The good, the bad, and the ugly' a good movie to watch?
yes it is amazing.
Is 'The good, the bad, and the ugly' a good movie to watch?
It is one of the best, if not the best, Spaghetti Westerns out there.
Is there any good time travel movie that uses [sp]stable time loops[/sp] like 12 Monkeys? Out of those I've seen it's the only film that does it.

Is this one movie or three?
Three, but with the same principle characters.

anyone know of any movies about the russian mafia/russian hooligans?? there's a few like eastern promises and lord of war but I want to see ones set entirely in eastern european countries. foreign films and films entirely in non-english are okay too, and desired.
Before Sunrise. Before Sunset. Before Midnight.
Eternal Sunshine of the Spotless Mind
synopsis?
Before Sunrise
The film follows Jesse Wallace (Ethan Hawke), a young American, and Céline (Julie Delpy), a young French woman, who meet on a train and disembark in Vienna, where they spend the night walking around the city and getting to know each other.
Before Sunset picks up the story 9 years later when the couple meets again, and Before Midnight picks it up another 9 years later when they are married.
I've seen it so often :( Need something new like it.
I've seen it so often :( Need something new like it.
Blue Valentine? Although I must warn you, it's very bitter and sad at times.

It's an indie movie with Woody Harrelson and Ben Kingsley
