aren't meet the titans and we are marshall pretty good too? haven't seen them but i always hear a lot about them
I don't care for sports or sport movies, but after being made to watch Meet the Titans in high school, it's a pretty good movie.
I need a movie that is just interesting (don't know if it's the right word) as fuck to watch. Something with tension, that'll keep me on my toes. Can't be older than 10 years, I want to see something modern

You need to define 'interesting' a bit more.
Intriguing spy film? A thriller? A race-against-time movie?
I love generation kill, mostly because the characters are so unique, funny, and likable. Anyone got something that's pretty similar?
Trying to remember a name of a movie, had a guy on a train, and he'd die, then he'd have to repeat to try and fix something.
Not sure what it was called, but it got decent ratings, anyone have an idea?

Well there's the other HBO series' like Band of Brothers and The Pacific, but I'm guessing you've seen those.
There's also Restrepo, which is a documentary on an army FOB in Afghanistan. I don't think I saw the whole thing but it's supposed to be pretty amazing.

Seen all of them aaaaaa
I've also seen Gunner Palace, and 9th Company which is the Russian invasion of Afghanistan. Both are really good.
I guess I've seen everything, even that new movie that just came out about the Seal team in Afghanistan :c

That's it! Thank you plenty for remembering something I cannot.

Looks good, I'll check it out! Thanks :D

Flyboys is decent.
Could someone recommend some good WWI films?
War Horse
Paths to Glory
Also in the mood for some deeply emotional (in a reflective and cathartic sense) films too
Uh...I know I'm late to the party...and I'm probably going to be yelled at for this, but, I thought Where the Wild Things Are was a terrific movie, very, deeply emotional.
Just watched The Man from Nowhere, and it was amazing, anyone know any other good foreign films of the same style?
Our Town
I also always search for good Korean thrillers. I've seen most, Oldboy, Memories of Murder, Bittersweet Life and so on
could you guys just list ones you know?

Prisoners
What are some of the best TV shows on Netflix? I've watched Breaking Bad, Sherlock, Twin Peaks, Firefly, Being Human (UK), The Twilight Zone, Fringe, Luther, Bones, The Thick of It, Fawlty Towers, Black Mirror, Extras, and Arrested Development to name a few I enjoyed recently.
It doesn't matter whether it's UK or US Netflix and I don't mind what genre. I have been considering American Horror Story, Battlestar Galactica, Hell on Wheels, and The X-Files.
What are some of the best TV shows on Netflix that I might not have seen? Breaking Bad and Twin Peaks were probably my two most recent favourites, but I'm open to any suggestions.
Here is a site that shows most of what's on Netflix for those who don't have it.
I think Spaced is on Netflix.
Battlestar Galactica
Do it now
I've really enjoyed Hell on Wheels, if you enjoy period pieces and are interested at all in post Civil War America, the construction of the transcontinental railroad, and some gritty Western action I'd highly recommend it. Also, American Horror Story is great, and it being an anthology series helps keep itself fresh. Also, the X-files is an absolute classic I recently just got into, having only seen the first of the two movies, its just a really fun show.
Anyone know of any good movies that are kinda like Se7en?

You can't go wrong with other Fincher films, especially Zodiac and The Girl with The Dragon Tattoo. From last year films The Prisoners simulate that specific ambiance of Fincher's.
And obviously Hitchcock and noir, if you are open for older films.
Just finished watching Captain Phillips, Tom Hanks really have outdone himself in this movie especially at near the end of it.
I recommend everyone to watch this film, it may not look like much but holy shit i teared up at the end.
if anyone finds a movie remotely similar to Survive Style 5+ pls drop me a line

homie watch this: http://www.imdb.com/title/tt2216240/
It's different to Cap Phil, but very good all the same, probably more depressing tbh
I need movies like "The perks of being a wallflower" and "500 days of summer" or "The art of getting by". Yeah i'm in that kind of mood. would really like a answer tonight if possible. thanks in advance.
Shit, if only I saw this earlier.
Try The Way Way Back. Perhaps even The Descendants.
I need a long list of romantic comedies. I want some that lean towards the romantic side more and others that lean towards the comedic side more. I'm planning on marathoning this with a certain ebb and flow. Appreciate it.
Silver Linings Playbook
Don Jon
Princess Bride
Easy A
The Girl Next Door
Legally Blonde

Those are some of the better not-shit ones that come to my mind, of course SLP and Prince Bride are amazing ones but still
As Good As It Gets can be chalked up on the comedic side.
I want comedy movies. Preferably the funniest movies any of you have ever seen. I'm already planning on watching A Fish Called Wanda, but I need others too.
