Shaun of the Dead The World's End Monty Python and the Holy Grail Ghostbusters Young Frankenstein Spaceballs The Addams Family Men in Black
Whoops. I probably should have mentioned, I've already seen those ones. The ones I didn't quote look interesting, though. I'll also check out Fargo and In Bruges, as Electronic suggested.
Black Dynamite is my favorite comedy.

Could I have the names of some obscure feel-good movies? I've run out of fresh things to watch when feeling a little blue.

(500) Days of Summer isn't particularly obscure, but it's good.

Anyone have a good list of Vietnam War films and documentaries? I'm leaning on the side of really good documentaries as I've already seen a lot of Vietnam films but I might have missed a few.
Films: Platoon Apocalypse Now Redux Hamburger Hill Full Metal Jacket The Casualties of War The Deer Hunter Good Morning, Vietnam Documentaries: Hearts and Minds Letters from Vietnam Granted, those are the only two documentaries I know of. I'm not sure if Letters from Vietnam is the title of the latter, but I remember it was the subject and I rather enjoyed it.
Any good films about the war between the USSR and Finland, or the Eastern front of WW2 in general?
Watch Come and See (1985), one of the most disturbing WW2 movie I ever seen. It's one of the best WW2 movie depicting how awful the nazis were, so it's a definite must-watch. And yes it does include Soviet forces, so it counts.
I've not seen it, but there's the new Stalingrad movie, and if you're really desperate, there's Enemy at the Gates. It's not that it's incredibly bad, but if historical inaccuracy really bugs you, you will hate it.
Defiance with Daniel Craig. Wajda's War Trilogy, especially Kanał.
Defiance with Daniel Craig.
Also very good. It's been forever since I've seen it though.
Yo, in case you haven't heard, there are a bunch of South Korean films (besides Oldboy) that are excellent. In no particular order: Memories of Murder (Detective drama about a serial killer and the ways 2 cops go about trying to find him) I Saw The Devil (A violent cat and mouse chase between a serial killer and a police officer with very personal motives) Mother (A thriller about an elderly mother trying to prove her mentally challenged sons innocence from a murder that is pinned on him) There are a LOT more than that, but those ones I can tell you are excellent.
What are some good Vietnam War movies that aren't Apocalypse Now or Full Metal Jacket?
