A finger is the most painful to break, because then you can't play games for like... weeks.
Ribs. Imagine every time you breathe.
Spine... Or not since if you break it totally you're not really gonna feel it
A bone breaking would possibly cause other effects. Like a broken rib would make it very painful to breath.
The boner
The boner
Damn you, I was about to post that.
Spine. Although it's not technically a bone its a series of spinal columns, its the most painful. breaking you spine causes your nerves to go on the frits witch in turn activates all your pain receptors making anything usually below the pelvic bone to go into excruciating pain but sometimes your whole body. That's why you usually go into shock or black out.
If you want to be specific on "bone" it's the bones in your foot. They take a lot longer to heal and not that much calcium goes to the feet.
Your metacarpals on both hands so you can't play video games anymore
second post pretty much summed up everything that will be posted in this thread.

Good job correcting someone with a even more dumb ass statement. Maybe you meant muscle, veins, skin.

and yet i goes on.
but really it all hurts the same for everyone, some people just have a higher or lower tolerance of pain. One person can cry, while another grimaces and shrugs.
Penis bone
All bones hurt.
Pelvis or femur
You wanne know what is most painfull man? you realy do?, PM me your addres, I'll send some guy over there to help you with your "problem"
Neck.
A fractured femur sure sounds like it would hurt. But if you want it quick, the Hyoid bone.:c00l:
Penis.
Cracked ribs arn't that bad, did it in year 3 doing step ups on a bench. Didn't realise they were cracked, just thought I was winded till the Doctor told me. I was scared.
Your tail bone :(

the reason the penis becomes erect is because of spongy chambers (the corpus cavernosum) becoming engorged with blood
i am asking this, because i just recently broke my collar bone BMX'ing. I heard that it is one of the most painfull. It was the fist bone i broke and it didn't really hurt that much.
Well aren't you a hardass.
no muscle in the penis
dummy
Your nosebone. It is the worst. It is the hardest to break but if you do it is the worst pain ever.
tailbone
also, I'd guess the femur, as the largest bone it'd suck pretty bad to have it break
Backbone, or Hip. And spine
Actually, the majority of spinal breaks makes a person paralytic. Which means it's less likely that someone would feel it.
I would guess the tail bone
I don't have a broken bone, but my hip has avascular necrosis so it's pretty much dead, and i tell you that hurts bad.
Broken ribs, you cant do anything for it
Penis.
