Tablet instead of traditional drawings focusing on learning how to draw realistically.
Most importantly the part where you're actually having problem using a tablet and thus especially should go over to paper and practise that well before using a tablet.

Im getting slightly soft images from my 50mm 1.4 even when ive stopped down for example 2.8. Does it make THAT much of a difference as the internet tells me it does.

The O looks like it is facing away from the other letters because of the position of the horns. Looks a bit odd. Should probably flip it so it faces inwards.

Or flip the other one too so it all faces left-to-right... because that's how people read.
the dot on the i looks weird because you changed the line thickness.
the i dot could probably just be filled in, the motif of the horns will be fine on it but it fels too redundant having a mini form of the logo inside the logo... if that makes sense.

Logos are meant to be witty, simple, understandable, memorable and easily redrawn as a bonus.
