I just noticed that I've been writing atleast 1840 words a day now on my zombie roleplaying game.
And that doesn't count the fact that I write the text first, and then I rewrite it completely again afterwards to flesh out sentences I think look weird.
I think I'm getting closer to finishing it though, the only thing I can think of that I need to write down now is the following :
1) Items
2) Random encounters
3) Animals
4) "Average Joe" type characters, such as random civilians etc.

Edit : I completely forgot about food and resting too, I'll have to work something out for that.
I hate people standing behind me as I work with charcoal unless it's a fellow student. They always ask dumbass questions like, why did you do that? You rubbed that charcoal and there is almost no difference. It MATTERS TO ME!
I need some help. If someone who owns Fallout 3/NV, on the PC, could get pictures of a pack brahmin (front, side, rear) and pictures of a ruined car (front, side, rear) I would love you forever. I can't find anything suitable on Google :ohdear:
Thank you :)

I also realized that I'm going to have to draw zombies and people and stuff for my zombie roleplaying game, and all I have is MS paint. I suppose I'll have to find some cash and get someone to do it for me :v:

Oh I don't even have to do that, a friend of mine wants to do it. Awesome!

Nothing beats a hot bowl of self made miso udon soup in a freezing cold day!
Food looks so horrible when you take a photo of it...
This is why they don't use real food in marketing.

I could do this. I'll no doubt forget though.

You reminded me of this. I gotta go and take acceptable photos of all these things they say not to.

Second note, I hate the oatmeal, their style feels extremely forced yet unrefined at all, and their punchlines are very badly emphasized, like a clown dancing and shouting HAY LOOK AT ME at the end of a sad play.
The only part I found remotely funny was the car thing. 1 and 7 are the only true ones and it looks like they opened Illustrator for the first time.
The concert one made me depressed.
I did that recently :saddowns:
I've also pulled the 0-60 douche, but I'll justify it because I wanted to show my old friends :P
Edit: I guess you learn best from mistakes.
Edit: I'm tired and strung out, I'm over-thinking it. and so is the dude below me. It's just social commentary.
if you don't take scenery pictures, when wtf do you take?
objective views goes for every art, everything.
theoatmeal's art, for example, looks like crap to me, lol.
and my udon photo is not an art btw, that is why it is here.
I was just showing what I cooked.

food in itself is an art. Don't need a good picture to taste delicious!
also we as photographers have all been through the majority of those "don't" situations, but I understand that comic is meant to be directed more towards your average point-and-shooters posting that stuff up on facebook.
And... the oatmeal has been going on for a long time. They just don't seem to improve their art, though if you go back in time it was probably much worse somehow.

I know, I understand that. I didn't think you were being artistic... it's just that photographs of cooked food look disgusting. You would have done better just to describe the food in a literary and flowery way rather than take a photo of it. I felt instantly less hungry the moment I saw your picture.
This is why in marketing they very often use fake foods or they take uncooked food and paint it and gloss it up so it looks nice and cooked, even though it's not.
Fun fact: ice-cream adverts are usually actually pictures of mashed potato because ice-cream melts too quickly under studio lighting.
Thanks for killing my wantage of icecream for like ever.
The more you know!
Well now I want steaming hot mashed potatoes, sprinkled with a little salt.
Buttery and creamy, with slight texture.
Off to KFC.
errr crunk again.
damn uni life...
Announcing my next nerf mod to be finished before spring.
Haha oh man, I'm looking through my tindeck account and I'm listening to my first 'real' song (granted, I use GP RSE drums but I play the guitar atleast) and wow... it really is bad.
Am I being too demanding when I ask for more information than the company's name and what they do to make remake their logo?
I don't know what I'm supposed to do with a juvenile company name which hasn't even got the faintest link to their product. :frown:

just be polite about it. Ask them for a basic direction.
It's not rude. If you weren't given a brief or any background information then as a designer you are entitled to ask for that. You can't work without one. "Make me a logo" is not a brief.
Thanks guys, I have a better picture of what they want now.

One week later and I've finished food atleast, I think I'm going to skip random encounters (The GameMaster has to do some work!) but items, animals and 'average joe' characters are going to be written down. And resting ofcourse.
Haven't posted in this section for a while. been busy. What'd i miss?
