I finally decided to give Ghost a try and I was surprised. I assumed due to their image that they were a bit more avant-garde, however, it's quite a pleasant surprise and a pretty great band.

All of these are what I'd consider entry level while still being [B]black metal[/B] (unlike, say, Cradle of filth, Dimmu burger, satyricon or current "mayhem"), expect maybe Horna or Beherit.
There are also hundreds of other bands, didn't feel like stretching the page [B]too[/B] much.
I enjoy black metal quite a lot, though I don't listen to it very often. The most memorable black metal band I listened to was a Peruvian one called Goat Semen.
