I haven't heard the whole thing but if I remember correctly it wasn't too bad. I'll probably have to refresh my memory.
Also, yes, Symphonies of Sickness is awesome. Necroticism is a close second and Reek of Putrefaction is still great despite the horrible production quality.

The song is called 'The Emperor's New Clothes'.
It's an old story about a few guys who tell the king that they made him clothes made out of a material that only wise men can see.
Of course, its all bullshit, but the king acts like he can see the clothes because he wants everyone to think that he is wise.
Anyways, the story ends up with the king going in a parade naked while people laugh at him.
The punching however, was just because it's metal.
