I need to educate you people on good metal. Way better than Trash Metal. [editline]awd[/editline] And they look better too.

I honestly am still pissed off that Autotheism disappointed me and didn't live up to what I expected. BUT, it's growing on me a little... just a little... I HATE YOUR CLEAN VOCALS MR. KEENE... just slightly less than before
one of my fav covers ever
I'm not kidding. My opinion is that Parkway Drive is more enjoyable to listen to than every Trash Metal band posted in here.
did that first post not get you enough attention or something
did that first post not get you enough attention or something
I was not being taken seriously.

Dropping in randomly as always to report (:v:): Saw Opeth three days ago, still amazed by how easily Åkerfeldt can go from singing to growling. Von Hertzen Brothers supported them and they gave me a slightly more proggy Klone feeling. And the day before, Thursday, the first 'real' Neckbreak, a small in-town festival here, started! Some local bands played and it had a great atmosphere. Around 200 people came, which is a good amount of people, considering that they all most likely payed 12 dollars for the tickets!
I spent my weekend in Santander (north of Spain) playing a gig with the other band I'm in. It was really fun, only problem was, the people who organized the concert thought a train station was an adequate venue for a gig, and the sound ended up being really muddy. But the people who came enjoyed it nevertheless, and we even took a picture with a small kid who apparently loved it.

I'm really craving a show. The shitty -core scene is so popular here it's not even funny, and it's really the only thing close to metal that we get here. Asking Alexandria, Emmure and Whitechapel are coming for the second time in less than a year, and in the meantime we've gotten one death metal festival. At least Venom and Pig Destroyer were there.
\Asking Alexandria, Emmure and Whitechapel are coming for the second time in less than a year
You're missing out on a lot of fun.
i can't remember if i've already missed the date for emmure/whitechapel around my area or not if i have then i'm going to be a little sad because that show would be so fucking ignorant

Randy Blythe's court date has been set: February 4th, 2013. I hope it goes well.
Hey, do you guys know any bands similar to Darkest Era in the sense of the instrumental writing?
