I'm being totally serious lol in a few years people will look back and think bmth are actual legends and masters of metal-- 100% srs, people who were into 60s-70s rock thought the exact same about slayer etc in the 80s as many metalnerds feel about bmth and the like now. slayer are now rich and famous and hailed as one of the best metal bands ever. give it time, bmth will be up there with them soon. I reckon they'll be bigger than slayer are now in 20 years, since they're already absolutely massive for their target audience and outside it as well, with time a new generation of fans will appear alongside the millions of already existing ones and theyll be super big
metal is serious business
fucking metal nerds
ok now you're pretty much calling the modern metalheads posers. that's not cool
Ah, you misunderstood me, I only described that as that because that is the way he views them, I was just rephrasing his words, should have put that in "..."
alright
So found out about this band called "Thrash or Die" and this music video was made for one of their songs called "Wake up and Smell the Thrash", definitely a very interesting video but really well done. Also gotta love the references to various other bands and songs
Okay Mikey, is this cover of a song old enough for you? Btw, your Last.fm shows you to be a god of knowledge of metal so I shall not question you any more. and here's another cover that was 12 years later so you don't have to worry about hearing a cover too early. thx for taking me into consideration guys its appreciated (ps why would I want to be a god of metal that is literally the latest title of all time it'd be fuckin embarrassing)

Possible reference?
Yup, most likely it. The video and song are full of references: Kreator-Pleasure to kill, Megadeth-Skull Beneath the Skin, Anthrax-Fistful of Metal, Dio-Holy Diver, Vio-Lence- Eternal Nightmare, and Megadeth-Rust in Peace Probably more, just to lazy to check
Members of The Black Dahlia Murder and Napalm Death are forming a Grind band. Trevor and Shannon from TBDM(Though Shannon left) with Shane and Adam from Napalm Death.
