The only lucid dream I can remember is when I was small and sick, it was a hot night and I couldn't sleep, when my eyes closed I was like in a dream but when my eyes opened I was only in my bed. Pretty cool memory I guess.
I'm going to address my problems with this thread.

[*]You are an idiot. This is what I've dealt with in my thread for 83 pages. You are not contributing anything unique nor entertaining. You do not know anything about what you're talking about, and you're not saying anything I haven't said at least 20 times. I mean that literally, I've got about 800 posts in that thread.
[*]This is barely worth it's own thread, I could have answered every problem you pointed out in about five minutes.
[*] I am better at this than you.
Lucid dreaming doesn't magically give you insight. Your sub isn't a door to knowledge, it only knows what you know but are too scared to admit. If you don't know who you are, then either you haven't made a name for yourself, or you just truly don't know who you want to be. or you do know who you are, but you've buried it under so many layers of filters and bias to fit in with any group you hang out with that the real you has slowly collapsed, like a flan in a cupboard. Get out more, make real friends, and figure out what kind of person you want to be. And then be it. It's not hard, it's just scary.
These threads piss me off because I have difficulty lucid dreaming
If you really want to see your ego, or your true-self, try LSD or Mushroom and stand in front of a mirror, its mind-blowing

Third one was a bit unnecessary eh?

Sounds like someone is just bullshitting out their ass. We all have our own views on Lucid Dreaming, He's not entitled to declare his theory the only one. I can come up with any conclusion I feel might be right for my own case, And in the event that anyone has a problem, Then go right ahead and post it. I don't mind that anyone thinks I'm wrong. We all have our own views. And as for me not posting content, I try lucid dreaming the last two days. It's been rough but I have had a bit of progress. However I don't feel as if It's enough progress to post up anything.
He may be arrogant
He may be mean at times
He may be stubborn
But the one thing he's not, sir, is a bullshitter.

And to note : I don't need to make any more friends. I almost everyone in my year, Mainly because they're chavs. Ignorant or just not worth it. I'm happy with my life, But I want to figure out more. Sure I'm afraid to admit some things, And to be honest you may be right about me falling apart like a flan in a cupboard. But the one thing you can't say for sure is that I don't know who I am. I've made a name for my self, but I still have questions, There's things about my self that I still want to find out. A Lucid Dream doesn't solve everything, But I'm entitled to my own opinion because you don't know shit about me.

Is that so? Then I shall take back what I said and say sorry. But you can't give your own answer just because you believe that everything you say is the right thing. Being a master of Lucid Dreaming doesn't mean you know everything. We all have our own ways of thought, Just because he says it's impossible to ask my subconscious whats wrong, Doesn't mean it's true. At least in his case. My subconscious may not hold the answers I want, however It can lead me to being more real about my self and help me become better person because of that.
you remind me of my mom. she is a very spiritual person (used to be a huge hippy in the 70's and early 80's). she used to experiment with lucid dreaming. she taught me about chakras and we meditate together sometimes. i know what you are talking about. lucid dreaming is a very surreal and sometimes self realizing experience.

I agree with you here. I find it possible to ask your sub what the problem is but you can't word it exactly like that.
I usually ask mine with a "What do you want me to do to make you happy" esque

Ask it complex shit, To see how smart you really are.
You don't need lucid dreaming, you need some motherfucking LSD.
Can someone link me to the megathread?
I'd really like to try lucid dreaming again..
Sounds badass, But was it a lucid dream? Or was it just a dream you had some random night? In general normal dreams can hold some meaning, Although I don't think being a criminal mastermind is one of them. Seems like your just acting out one of the most awesome dreams ever because you lack excitement in your life or something of the sort
I honestly don't know. I was aware I was dreaming yet I couldn't control anything. And you are possibly correct about the lack of excitement thing, I feel like I'm not amounting to my potential. I'm smarter than almost everyone else that I have met that is my age, and they are all dumbfounded with my vocabulary and now hate me. :(

Yeah, I'm not really good with telling things from dreams, but it was supposed to represent all the things in your life. With one, you being smart and everyone not being able to understand your complex mind. That's where the mastermind things comes in hand, And this is from my opinion but because you feel that everyone else seems to be a bit slower then usual and your more faster, It sounds as if your doing these robberies because your the only one capable of doing it. In a sense everyone is too stupid to figure out what happened or who did what.
I had a semi lucid dreaming experience. I was aware I was dreaming; but I wasn't in control of the events that played out. In fact, I felt that I wasn't in the dream at all. I was in a form of "Spectator Mode". If you will.
The dream itself was of a bank robbery. Not just any bank robbery, the real high class bank robbery. (I write my dreams down in a dream journal so I'm just going from this). This bank had solid steel walls, dozens of armed guards, cameras, security systems etc. And the vault: 80 meters underground, reinforced steel door, more armed guards and finger print ID to get in. (Come to think of it, I think I subconsciously stole the idea from Ocean's Eleven).
Enter the bank robbers. Five of them. Each one of them look exactly like me. A most curious concept, I thought to myself from my aerial spectator view. They rode in inside an armored car with the bank's logo on it, and from what I can remember they were dressed in the uniform of bank employees.
It pretty much starts with the fiendishly good looking robbers passing through the security checkpoint at the rear of the bank and continuing towards a second checkpoint which would lead to the elevator. They pretty much went through an airport security-esque process when suddenly they all pulled silenced pistols and quietly shot every one of the guards and employees at the checkpoint. However I believe they were using tranquilizers instead of real bullets come to think of it.
One of the "clones" pulled a laptop from a bag and started tapping in commands, taking control of the security systems. I couldn't really remember much after this but I think the clones pressurized the vault room and this somehow knocked out all of the guards, and then they pried open the elevator doors, roped down, blew the vault open with a satchel charge and stole the money, leaving on the horse they rode in on while the guards awoke to find their shit missing.
Quite odd. At least I know that in my subconscious I'm a criminal mastermind.
Not all dreams have a meaning, especially if you were semi-lucid at the time. Chances are, you just had a pretty cool dream. If you really wanted to dig, you could say that you're afraid of violence and want to make a name for yourself and make sure that people know you and what you can do, but it's unlikely that it's anything more than just a cool dream.
For example, i had a dream once that I was reenacting the Civil War, except my entire cavalry had the exact same face. And that was the face of Mr. Feeney from Boy Meets World. I can guarantee you that had no meaning. Sometimes you just have fun dreams.
Godspeed I'm trying the same thing tonight.

lol Mr. Feeny. That could be it, But you never know if it means something or not. So it's still worth a shot to see.
