except they can if their terms of service explicitly say that they can.

RC Cola would never do this to me. NEVER.

What a generalized idea you have there.
I do believe that sugar free products such as Coke Zero contain a chemical which has been linked to cancer. Hence the name cancer-can.
Stop complaining when you were ordering more than your fair share of coupons. Did you REALLY think they'd ship you 2000 coupons? (Already know it happened once, probably why they canceled it.)

The sweetener is made from something to do with Embalming fluid or something, or that's how the myth goes, that I don't feel like researching.

Wrong. As a supplier you own a product, it is yours to do as you want with it, you can refuse sale if you want.
You would never ever ever ever win a law suit on Coca Cola unless Coke caused you some sort of disability. It would cost way more then a 12 pack of coke to sue for a 12 pack of coke.
This. Coca-Cola BOUGHT OUT the Olympics. I mean, what the hell can you do against that? Your best bet would be if you had a disability due to their product, or initiate a class-action lawsuit (Each extra person engaged in the lawsuit increases your win chance exponentially, and you're more likely to settle out of court.)
Dr. Pepper is better.

Yes it's legal.
Illegal in the UK.
Illegal in the UK.
In the UK you are not legally protected if you benefit from a mistake, or something
It's like that time some woman had thousands of pounds accidentally transferred into her account by the bank and spent it, if she didn't pay it back it would count as theft
Im not using them anywayy

Yes, but when something is advertised at a price and someone buys it, if the company selling the product charges even a penny more it's illegal.
Yes, but when something is advertised at a price and someone buys it, if the company selling the product charges even a penny more it's illegal.
Except in this case they're retracting the sale completely.
Yes, but when something is advertised at a price and someone buys it, if the company selling the product charges even a penny more it's illegal.
Nope, common myth.
[editline]03:20PM[/editline]
Only if the price advertised is purposely misleading
Nope, common myth.
Are you sure about that? I'm pretty sure that if you go into a shop and see a price tag on something for say, 50 pence, the shop has to sell you that item for the price else you can take them to court for false advertisement.
Are you sure about that? I'm pretty sure that if you go into a shop and see a price tag on something for say, 50 pence, the shop is legally obliged to sell you that item for the price else you can take them to court for false advertisement.
If it's the result of a mistake, they don't have to sell at that price.
If it's there for a prolonged period of time just to delude people then maybe.
Coca-Cola is banned in India. Be glad for just have the opportunity, to have a taste on the delightedly flavor.
Poor india.
Coca-Cola is banned in India. Be glad for just have the opportunity, to have a taste on the delightedly flavor.
It tastes shit anyways, nothing of value was lost.
The problem is they shouldn't be legally allowed to go back on this, I got a receipt which is proof that something has been exchanged for goods or services, which means a transaction took place.
A free 12 pack is better than nothing.
Well at least they're giving you something for it.
