That series was a masterpiece. I destroyed my homophobic cousin's view of Michael C. Hall, whom he only knew from Dexter, by making him watch the more intimate scenes with Mathew St. Patrick. Good times.
Dexter is possibly my favorite show on television.
I'd really like to see Michael C Hall cast into a less psychopathic role (I really have only seen him in Dexter and Gamer).

no one is imposing shit, the series is about life and death and everything in between, maybe it doesn't appeal to ignorant people
The guy doesn't like gays, so he doesn't watch it, who cares? It's his choice. He isn't telling people not to watch it because there's a gay in it, he just said that he personally doesn't like it.

It's an amazing series
and about michael c. hall playing a gay man; it was odd at first but only because of how i saw him in dexter. i can't imagine how weird it was for the people that saw him in six feet under before dexter.
