If you were "ip banned," as I was, you can still view the forums and everything, except that you can't log in, no matter what account you use. But once you get the IP ban message, you can just click on "Entertainment" or any other tab and go right back to the boards. Fucking failure.
I haven't tried registering a new account yet but I assume it would probably work.
