I'm not going to lie. I went to that site, read a few topics, and got really, really pissed. If these are the people that are going to be running our world in 50 years, does humanity really stand a chance? Sure, they're kids, and they'll get smarter as they grow up. Their reasoning will get better. But if you start this low, there isn't much room for you to improve.

People have only gotten more and more intelligent over the years. There is no such thing as newer generations being stupider. They have more to learn, and they learn more than previous generations.
Thing is. We have much much more communication possibilites than before. When people said something stupid before it would only be known in that local area between.. 2-4 people. Now it can be stored for a long amount of time and be watched upon by anyone all over the world.
The media hypes up the world to be dumber, worse, more violent and everything when it's only getting better and better. We have access to all information instantly making it seem much much worse than it is.
And if there is anyone that are to be criticised, then it's NOT the children. But the PARENTS treating their children as dumbasses. Forcing equal treatment to everyone instead of treating everyone as individuals where some are smarter than others in certain areas. Grown ups tends to lower the standard in things so that EVERYONE is able to understand it, thus you treat the kids as idiots and they'll turn into idiots.

I didn't mean to start a flame war. I thought I'd made it clear that kids can be, well, stupid.
This is one of those situations where the parents should pay more attention to what their kids are doing. They're signing up on an online forum easily accessible by potentially dangerous people that could fairly simply damage the child's emotions if they so wished.
Kids are naive. If you see a picture of them and tell they they're fat, they'll be offended, if they haven't been raised to not listen to those kinds of people. And that's just physical teasing - if you so wished, you really fuck with a kid's mind.
And that's not to mention their grammar - if I were a parent and I saw my kid writing like that (even if it's just on a computer), I would be appalled. Granted, I don't have perfect grammar myself, no one really does - but this is just atrocious. It isn't very difficult to run a post through a basic spellchecker, and most browsers do that for you now, anyway.
Like I said, I don't mean to start a flamewar. But I do have the right to bitch and moan about what I like, and however much anyone wishes, they can't change that.
Also, calling me a "stupid arrogant bastard" was sort of uncalled for, here...
Last note - KW is near the top of the list for my "most horrid site design" category.
