These are all my special cards, and in the tin box there's about 500 other cards. At the top right is my Charizard and Kingdra, both in plastic hah. Hopefully one day these will be worth something.
I still have an Ancient Mew somewhere, unopened.
I still have my old Pokemon binder that looks like the pokedex with random assorted cards and like 1-3 of those promotional mew cards. I got like 10 of those heavy gold ones too.

Wow. I did just post media to something that was my rival when I was 8-11. Through then I collected Yu-Gi-Oh! Or whatever, but now I don't care.

You mean Kingdra, not Seaking.
You mean Kingdra, not Seaking.
Ah, you know him better than me.
I got a FIRST GENERATION CHARIZARD FROM A BOOSTER PACK.
At the time I thought I was cool but now when I see how many other people had them it's no big deal really.
Also I remember buying the first new pokemon card called totodile or some shit on ebay from japan before they were released in the U.S. I"M SO COOL
Also I had a stack of energy cards over a foot and a half high.
I never learned how to play the cards either, me and my sister would just pretend play with the little gems that came with the big packs.
I still have like 6 binders full of the original pokemon cards including a ton of Japanese ones I got from a friend. It's too bad they aren't worth shit now. I remember when the Charizard card used to be worth around $300. Now it's not even worth $1.
Actually they are still worth something, Charizard is roughly $15-$30 today
FUUUUU-
which booth?
I could've totally kicked pokemon ass
They advertised it at the Pokemon booth. I'm pretty sure you would have noticed it. It took place in one of the gaming rooms though that were dedicated to specific card games.
I remember I had a thread once when I made pokemon cards for people :D
I used to have this one

It was so awesome
Yiguoh beats pokemons ass by a long shot.

I bought Charizard from my friend with 3$

If one more person talks about how Yugioh is better than Pokemon in a thread about POKEMON cards, heads are going to fucking roll.
You're looking at a COMPLETE collector here, I have everything, I've spent atleast 1K on them all, I've got them from all series, inherited some from my bro too.
Fuck, I can't beat that.
We still have this little guy.

Jesus christ brings back memories!
We never played them, we just collected them.
playing on pokemon fire red atm
its the first time ive tried to catch all 150
Me and my brother used to share a deck and it was v. big, it was like three inches thick when they were stacked. We used to take them everywhere, and one time in a restaurant a waitress put a cup of tea on them and the tea made them go soggy and die. :( That included ma Blastoise and Charizard.
How many people actually played the card game?
My cousin, has 5 huge boxes of pokemon cards. I used to steal his,(he never played with them or looked at them) and sell them. He has like 3 of each.
Have these pieces of cardboard came any valuable yet? I don't mean some 100 cards only made stuff or anything, but I got like over 2000 cards. -.- And atleast four of Charizards like the one in plastic at Khaos23's picture. I also got every other card in that picture, and loads of star/two&three stars/"rare" cards.
I remember having like 15 god damn Squirtle's,
Though I never owned Pokemon cards anyways...
Wait
