For the sake of ending this petty argument, YES, the concept of fending off a hoard of raging people from a bucket of KFC, in it's very essence, can and WILL be taken as racist, so whoever made it should have seen the argument coming...
HOWEVER- the fact that there are NO black people truly seen to be attacking freeman and his mighty bucket o' KFC, (though he did color the zombies to be a very dark brown) there is no truly politically incorrect problem with the image.
VERDICT- Borderline, but overall NOT racist.

Short answer would be a while. Long answer would be I got the idea on tuesday, spent an hour or so on tuesday/wednesday doing hair, Thursday went to a party so did suit on friday while hung over and finished bits and bobs today. May seem sad spending so much time on something only seen by a few, but it's something I really enjoy doing and is a great relaxation technique just sat listening to music while creating an interesting and funny picture.
