CROSS THIS FIELD. DOUBLE TIME! <grass>[/img] Or you know whenever you can...
Give the poor guys a break. It's weed! And Canadians LOVE weed. Notice how most of them are trying to pocket some without being overt.

0:27 of the second video you actually get visual of what happens when your armor doesn't stop a 7.62x39mm AP round...

Not sure... If you look at it, he sorta rolled to the right ,and the guy on the right grabbed his left shoulder. Lets hope he wasn't shot.
I never understood the use of tracers. I get what they are meant for, but really they would just give away YOUR position rather then showing where the enemies is.

Say you have 35 rounds per clip. Place a tracer every 5 rounds and if you see one tracer, you shot 5 rounds. But yeah they're kind of useless given how they give away your position more than the enemies'. [editline]10:28PM[/editline]
CROSS THIS FIELD. DOUBLE TIME! More than just that. Tracers are useful in many situations, especially if you have Western weapons going against Eastern Bloc weapons. The tracers are different colors and it's easier to identify your own men in a firefight. What's more, over long range shots, at night, you know where your rounds are impacting, and if you have to adjust your aim.
The dude who holds the world record for the longest range sniper kill is from Edmonton, I believe. :3
Yes, but the pot laws for leisure are pretty lose, unless you blaze infront of a cop or are a high level seller then you wont probably get arrested. Mind you on 4:20 no one cares, people gather at the art gallery, people show up with BAGS of joints and just throw them into the crowd, it's great!
An old friend of my Dad had some tracer rounds. He used them at the range, and started a fire. :v:
Proud to be Canadian, I'll serve my country any way I can. Great thread archangel those videos were freaking intense that camera man is one brave dude, and so are all of the canadian forces. And Snakehead you ever wonder why the world hates America? People like you. Have fun eating to your fats desire and flaming threads you don't belong in, I on the other hand will be in Cuba too bad you can't join me :)
deal with it nerde
deal with it nerde
You spell that 'nerd'. Without the extra 'e'.
But there's the problem. They're not a state, but an ideology. Let me quote V here. 'Ideas are bulletproof.' You can't kill a movement with guns and bombs. Or nukes for that matter.
You may not be able to kill it, but you can sure as hell beat the shit out of it. Look at the IRA's terrorist acts 20-30 years ago compared to now. Almost nothing.
Why are people disrespecting Canada? They are allied with the US so let's not start a US vs Canada flame war.
They're jealous of our oil supply. You know those Americans and other people's oil. :smug:
omg your so funny XD
fuck off already will you
You're an idiot. Of the nations working in Afghanistan, Canada is usually held in very high regard. You know who ranks the lowest? The Dutch and The Americans. Truth hurts don't it? Next to the British and the Australians, they probably have some of the best trained infantry on offer.
The Dutch? Really? that is a surprise. The Canadians work alongside British and Romanian forces usually in Kandahar and Helmand. They've also worked with Dutch, Danish, Estonian and American troops. And reportedly will work with the new Georgian deployment (750 men, Febuary 2010.) Canada's done alot of work in Afghanistan participating in many successful operations in Kandahar. As a % of their own forces, Canada has suffered more losses than any other ISAF nation. Their withdrawal is a bad thing.
The Dutch? Really? that is a surprise.
Yeah I was initially surprised too when I found out that alot of coalition forces in the area bad mouth the dutch, to the point where they've garnered the acronym, Don't Understand The Concept Here.
Haha, very witty. I guess its because they tend to blow everything up, didn't they deploy a battery of PzH's? They are withdrawing anyway so. Or are they just far too laid back with their schmokes :v:

I think America has the most units out there so ofcourse the most casualties will fall on their side. And for as far as i know The Dutch are very efficient ground infantry.
Silly canadians with your infantry, the usa has to teach you something about being badass
