unless you keep your mouth closed like normal people
It doesn't hurt, you just bleed alot.
All this talk about getting teeth pulled out is making me cringe really. You will feel great after everything is over with.
Phantom pains for the years to come
OP, how old are you? Just wondering.
it might hurt. might.

Have fun :)
When I last went to a dentist. I was 12, did not see any teeth growing yet.
When do they start growing ?
They usually come in around 16-18 years of age AFAIK. Most people need to get them pulled because they come in "wrong" and push against your current teeth (it's a type of tooth that's "useless" in modern times because most people don't lose all their permanent teeth by 20 years of age).

What the hell is that? Did they cut open their cheek? If so, they didn't do that for me.
Leaving now, bye.
It hurts a lot.
when they took my wisdom tooth out they took out a tiny bit of jawbone with it.
You're gonna look like a puffer fish for 2-4 days.
Ever since I got mine out my jaw pops when I open my mouth.
It's pretty cool.

Good luck. When you are back, tell me/us how was it.
Have fun eating soup all the time.

No, the cheeck is held back my an object made out of metal.
Another shitthread goes to the can.
Well it went pretty well. The doctors were all laughing and joking about how they all were idiots, who was the meanest, etc. (Women, huh?) Then they hooked me up to the monitoring stuff and put the IV in my left arm. The vein bent and they kept stabbing around to get it, which they couldn't. Finally they switched it to my right arm and got it on the first try. They taped that to my arm and asked me if I was okay. I said yeah. Then i started getting a little disorientated and that's about all I remember.
When I woke up I had gauze in my mouth and the doctors asked if I was still alright. I said yup. They were done. They got me up and I tried to walk to the wheelchair, which I couldn't. They got me in, wheeled me to the car, and that was that. My mouth is all bloody right now and i'm waiting for the codine to kick in because holy fuck my mouth hurts.
Are they gonna pull all 4 at the same time? If so: Retards. I had mine pulled left and right in 2 weeks intervals. Your mouth will be sedated for about the first day, so you won't feel alot (nothing at all :)). Next day you won't feel that much pain, just don't use the areas so much. Your mouth will hurt more from them pulling it open forcefully actually. The pain passes real quick.
You have fully recovered when you can eat PIZZA in FULL GLORY!.
Ice cream is your best friend here.
well its going to hurt alot. hopes that helped
I had my 2 back teeth taken out, there was lots of blood, and I fainted, threw up and there was sick and blood everywhere in the little waiting room, I feel sorry for the little girl who was sitting across for me who was going in next :v: Your gonna need painkillers after, also DO NOT eat sharp or hard food D;

So it's not that bad ? That's good to know.
It isn't as bad as people make it out to be, especially with the pills they give you
I had four pulled without anesthesia, pain endurance +5.

Nope. I've got a dull ache and the codine isn't doing shit though.

analyze more, they're pulling the tooth from the gum (it's called blood, it spurts out when there's a cut or opening in your body)
This is weird. Everything I hear on TV or any of my music I have is all low pitched. Could this be related to swelling or something? I can't enjoy my music :argh:

Second day since I first got them pulled.. I haven't noticed anything different.
Except that my god damn cheek is swelling. But nothing to bothersome. Oh and one of my stitches came out the first day I think.. Gum infection here I come we1eee!111!
