By the way, do you guys have any favourite shots you like to do? I'm having a party with friends in a few days and I'd like everyone to do shots.
My usual go-to shot is the "Polish", mostly because it's really easy to do. Two thirds vodka, one third grenadine syrup poured slowly on the side. The grenadine stays at the bottom of the glass and it makes a nice Polish flag :v: And you don't feel the vodka at all when you drink it.
Pretty good when I arrive late to a party and people are already drunk, I just take four of those and I'm instantly hammered :v:
So yeah, if you guys have good ideas for shots, let me hear them! Thanks :)

Jack is far too expensive for what you get in my own opinion, but like you said it's alright. You don't see many people drink it in Ireland. I haven't seen many people do on the rocks, I like it but you'd more likely see lads taking it straight up or mixed.

Yeah I was more thinking about things that are easy to do, I don't intend on buying multiple bottles of expensive alcohol for a few shooters, at least this time around :v:

Vomiting isn't a matter of handling your shit. Even the manliest of men have to puke after they drank enough. And yeah vomiting feels liberating and all, but it's the mess and smell that sucks.
Anyway my favorite shot would probably be the b52 (one part coffee liquor, one part irish cream, one part triple sec all built in order respectively). But there's never all those ingredients just laying around at a party so I just drink straight or make cocktails if there are spare limes or cranberry juice.

Carbonation and citrus work really well on removing the shit taste of alcohol actually. Bucks are the shit they're so damn easy to make and they taste good too. Almost any mildly-flavored carbonated drink (seltzer, tonic, ginger ale, ginger beer, etc.) mixed with citrus fruit juice and vodka/gin is good.
a really strong one you can make if you have the time is amaretto sour
4cl disaronno/amaretto
4cl syrup
one squeezed lemon

Probably. But so far, even if on a few occasions I drank so much that I threw up in the morning after sleeping for 6 hours, I've never had a headache, gotten really tired or anything. :v:

I never vomit I just pass out. Apparently it means its easier for me to get alcohol poisoning because my body doesn't purge the excess alcohol.

Oh yeah I was gonna buy a few beers to drink with friends and I saw that Hoegaarden was quite cheap. Is it good? It seems weird to me that it's noticeably cheaper than other brands where I live. (apart from cheapo beers that I don't like drinking because blegh)

And yeah it's really not the cheapest but it's barely more expensive than Heinekein or Kronenbourg, which are the most common beers in France (and taste terrible imo). And the usual beers I like such as Leffe are more expensive.
