I really want to see 9.
Strange day to release though; wednesday.
Well I guess they wanted to go with the 9/9/09 thing, but if they released on a Friday they would be releasing on 9/11 which I guess they wanted to avoid.
By the commercials, 9 seemed like the equivalent of Naruto in movies. As in 12 year old SUPER ACTION AND SAEV THE DAY BUT OMG ITS SO DARK AND EGY.
So how was it?
TWO MOVIES? In ONE thread?! it's never been done before!!!
I sorta wished that 9 was longer so there could be more character development. It seemed centered around 9 and 1 and just established the other characters as "Oh, this is the big, strong, dumb one, and these two are the silent librarians, and here's the one that knows it all but everyone else thinks is a nutjob."
9 was a good movie, but it could have been longer, and gave more details on everything. You don't see many movies like this, and it had a great storyline. It could have had more action too, fight scenes etc.
Yeah 9 was alright, but it just seemed like I'd seen it before; everything seemed like film school 101
9 was OK..I started to lose interest some parts, but yeah.
9 is made from a short film,by Shane Acker

I'm very disappointed. All the theaters around where I live had a problem with the delivery of the movie. Didn't get to see 9 opening night, and probably won't get to until sometime next week. Fuck.
9 was a good movie
9 Had a great concept, but the characters flowed in faster than a Sonic game. It was tough to keep track, not mention to care for any of them. Too much story and character for 1 small movie to handle methinks.
I thought 9 was good, but the experience was dumbed down by the theater's SHITTY ASS sound system (static buzzed through most of the movie) and the fact that I missed the whole beginning of the movie. Oh well.
9 was okay, but it wasn't as good as I thought it was going to. Also, I hated the ending.
Two movies at once?
This looks fishy...
Eh, 9 sounds good, going to watch it this weekend.
I have no fucking clue what that movie is even about. It doesn't look interesting to me at all, despite Tim Burton's name on it.
9 was...inconclusive. Things happened that had very little explanation and by the time the movie ended, I had no idea what was solved.
I just thought 9 was uninspirational and felt sort of half-assed. I agree that I felt sort of lost with the ending too.
:bang: I don't have any money to see 9. I heard it wasn't too good though.
i just saw 9. it was absolutely terrible. it was a great idea and had great animation, but every other part of it just made me want to leave. really disappointed, they could have done so much more with it.
