There's also a lot of it that doesn't too. I don't see Sigur Ros doing 20 minute guitar solos. I don't know. I can sense some post-rock in King Crimson, but I've only heard a couple of their albums.

His favourite activity is practically sitting.
I always sit when I play guitar. But I'm not very good at it. They have a good drummer... drummers though.
I think we can all agree that Tortoise is post-rock though.
Yes
A lot of people don't know about Kashiwa Daisuke, but he's an amazing artist. He did a two-song CD called Program Music I, with 30 minute compositions. It blew my mind when I sat down and listened to it. It's generally regarded as post-rock / neoclassical. Some of his other albums are more post-rock. That video has 7 minutes (from near the beginning) of the 30 minute composition Stella. Probably my favorite single song of all time, because of it's intricacy and odd samples thrown on top of strings and guitars. I wish the entire song was on Youtube, but it's not. Sorry. yeah World's End Girlfriend and Mono have toured together a few times I think Daisuki is a great last name
Aussitôt Mort kinda reminds of post-rock, but they're screamo. Am I just being dumb?
I love post rock and post punk, but post hardcore is ghey.
I like post-hardcore :(

My favorite Post-Rock band is Mogwai as of recent.
It's like using a violin to play death metal, it just doesn't work.

<3 Mogwai and Godspeed. Russian Circles are maybe a band you should check out. Probably the best post rock band at the moment.
Explosions in the Sky, Russian Circles, God is an astronaut, Red Sparrows. Best post rock bands <3
Post-Rock is THE best genre ever
