honestly if i was playing either a single-player game that's heavy on story and not so much action i would love this. or if i'm playing some party games with my friends, having even something as little as snow falling inside the room on a snow level would make things even more fun. If i was playing multiplayer though i'd find it more distracting than useful. Basically anything that isn't serious gaming, i can't see how this type of system would do anything except aid the overall experience
so fucking dope
Noone's touched on the fact that it has great potential for horror games. It could create silhouettes in the room so it appears someone is behind you and all sorts of creepy stuff

If it worked for the PC, I would play Tribes on this as a Brute.
The extended field of view thing looks awful, having the screen be so tiny and the projection take up the entire wall. Fuck, might as well cut the middle man and just have the entire game being projected onto a blank wall.
The projection itself isn't really detailed enough for that, whilst it's perfect for peripheral vision. See these two videos for a neat explanation regarding this. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=blZUao2jTGA http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=S1XsPYPGcl0
This looks really promising but I don't know if I trust Microsoft with it Back when the Kinect was revealed, it too looked promising
