SCP Foundation - None of the signs lead where they should. None of the walls point where they should

So I started reading SCP's again and I can't find these two (I think.) SCP's from before. I really can't remember too many details about them, but I think they're sentient little robots(?) that are allowed to wander around the facility and they communicate with the staff via noises? I also believed that they helped track down another SCP that had gotten loose, but I really can't remember that much about them.
Anyone have a clue about what these were?

+ the entirety of SCP-093 (the various tests)

Too right. How could you say no to those eyes?
I do quite like that. It's not threatening, just odd and remote.
The SCP site really needs more useless things. Not going to wipe out humanity, not going to save the world. Just random shit which does random shit for no reason and it doesn't make sense but they need to contain it. If a Foundation really existed, that stuff would be 99% of its contents.
Makes sense, although what I really want is to see another SCP like the Interdimensional Vending Machine or the machine that transforms items into different items based on the settings. More stuff that yields items that aren't world-saving or world-ending but still pretty damn interesting.
I really think this should be SCP-001 rather than any of the proposals
it seriously does sound like it could be the origin for all of this supernatural/paranormal shit
I tend to like the stuff that can't destroyed simply because nobody can figure out any way to do so or it's just so beyond human understanding ala Lovecraft, rather than the stuff that people write that's just "lol nope, can't be destroyed".
SCP oriented that was run by people here. Loriborn ran it, as far as I remember

I remember this server. I played as a security officer named Carter. Me and some other folk explored something similar in the ocean, but it wasn't quite the same, I think.
Good times.

That's a pretty good one. I think the best on the site has to be The Lost Cosmonaut.

I honestly want more of this conflict between the Frenchman and Hungarian.
