I assume it was created by Israeli apologists to deflect the true and factual claims of them using Palestinian civilians as human shields.
There's also no evidence of Hamas using civilian infrastructure as launch pads either, as confirmed by the U.N.

Umm no, when Israel was created, on may 14th, no Arabs were expelled, and all Arabs within Israel's borders received full citizenship. THEN, the 5 Arab nations attacked Israel. Israel won the war after about ten months, and claimed new territory, and THEN expelled the Arabs from the newly claimed territory. Jews however were expelled ten months earlier from Arab countries, the same day that Israel declared its independence.
The Arabs attacked because they didn't accept a Jewish state in Palestine.
