I have a Russian GP5 but I used the filter for smoking weed so now I have no filter for my mask. I feel like I might as well hook the mask up to my bong now

My oh my oh my. So, first I'll post the piece that my friend and I won on 420: [img_thumb]http://i.imgur.com/qVcY4GT.jpg[/img_thumb] Now here comes the question: After we won this piece we've been taking immaculate care of it, yet just recently the glass was somehow damaged right underneath the copper (under the top left copper band). This is dissapointing to say the least. However, it still functions perfectly well. For you glass blowers, do you think this is fixable/worth fixing, or should I aim to sell it off instead?

Looks bloody great and has a pretty unique design about it.

The glass blower probably put the copper there to hide the imperfections. If it aint broke, don't fix it. You could see somebody paying somewhere between 200-300 for something like that, if you wanted to sell it.

Apparently there is a tiny fracture right bellow the copper (I think caused by us not holding by the base 100% of the time). As of right now it's perfectly usable, we were just worried if it could possibly worsen in the future. I guess we're worried because we don't want to hold onto a really expensive piece to just have it break, and we have no experience fixing glass from a professional, or how to fix glass under copper. If we were to sell it I think we decided to start at $400 and see what offers we get. P.S it was blown by a California artist named PePe in 2012. Don't have any other info on him though.

A bit steep for me, i just dropped 250 on a new one. If you want it fixed glassrepair805.com does some really nice work, tell them whats up. Or find a local artist to fix it. If its a hairline crack it should be pretty easily fixable.

Oh we'd certainly be willing to go for less. We'll look into that repair site first, and then if we decide to sell it we'd see what you guys offer first. Btw, I live on the east coast in Massachusetts. If you live anywhere within a state or so we'd listen to any offer. We could probably even drop it off.

How do you empty it?

I've been just holding my thumb over the bowl and then blowing into the mouth of it, most of the water shoots out of the carb. It is a little weird to use I admit, but hey if I don't feel like dealing with the water it works normally without it, so it's not that bad

I hate bubblers (except GonG ones), because I always try to cash out the bowl into my hand and spill water everywhere.
