Its not at all. All the sayings about how bad smoking from foil is, is wrong. You need an intense amount of heat to actually melt the foil and release the chemicals that are inside. And even, the chemicals that are inside, is all around us, and we probably get more of it from our surroundings into our body than from smoking from it a few times.
