Ahh crap. I'll need to find me a better internet connection..
How long is the video? You could always compress the video quality.
both are 30 mins, and it's in 1080p, so both are 5 and 6 gig. Maybe I should compress them..

Sounds like a good idea.
I may be getting to borrow some recording equipment today! Finally I can advance as a musician
Congrats, I guess :v:
Do you mind posting some of your music?

Hopefully this gets me back into a productive music making regime.
By compressing, I got the vids from 5-6 gigs to 1 gig. Better than nothing I suppose.
got a few collabs around the corner with a beatport charting artist and interest from shogun audio for some real dark tunes, so if you guys want i could perhaps sneak in some previews in the coming months...?
yes please
ofc we want previews
Hey, I don't know if this is the right place to ask, but I think I'd get yelled at if I made a new thread. I've been playing tabs for years now and I never quite understood what this means:
E-------5-7-----7-|-8-----8-2-----2-|-0---------0-----|-----------------|
B-----5-----5-----|---5-------3-----|---1---1-----1---|-0-1-1-----------|
G---5---------5---|-----5-------2---|-----2---------2-|-0-2-2-----------|
D-7-------6-------|-5-------4-------|-3---------------|-----------------|
A-----------------|-----------------|-----------------|-2-0-0---0--/8-7-|
E-----------------|-----------------|-----------------|-----------------|
The first arrow shows that you pay E, 7th fret and D, 6th at the same time, in one strum? Is that possible?
edit: crap, doesn't show the arrow thingy. bolded it instead
As much of a douchebag as he is, I would fucking kill to shred like Yngwie.
5 years playing and no where close :smith:

Well, if you're using fingers it should be easy.
Why dont you guys stop with this crap electronic music?
Go get a guitar and play some real music, not some random noise that resembles a 4/4 rythm...

You do know that there are people who enjoy electonic music more than "real music", even if you don't?

While I agree that electronic music is being way overdone, most people are doing it because it's fun and that's what matters. Let people make what they want. Why don't you show us some of your guitar music? (Not that guitar is rather original either).

He is not amused
Are there non-electronic fans?
I get into this state i like to call the "kick-coma" where i desperately try to refine a kickdrum until my eyes and ears start bleeding and my dog dies of malnutrition.
I need a good tutorial on layering and mixing a kick.
tell me which intro is better, this or the first one

It's actually just one sample from the vengeance sample packs with some eq tweaks.
If you're like me and have been ignoring your keyboard's advanced function, take the time learn them because they can be really helpful.
I have a project due tomorrow where I have to create a movie soundtrack for a book with 12 songs including 2 original compositions.

what the fuck garry
Here's the weekends concert. Click on the links. I've put in numbers so that you can skip to different parts(like drum solo, tune, sax solo etc). I'm a bit miffed at my mistakes, which always happen live, but not in studio or band-practice. Ah well, a friend of mine said it was common and that you have to know your stuff 120%, since live, everything goes down by 25%(if you're not a seasoned live-player). Anyways, hope ya dig.

Sure, I've got my HD video-recorder now, and we have a gig at an Am-car meet-up at the 8 of October or something around there.
