All the VALVe people seem pretty cool. I've sent a couple emails before to Chet talking about the L4D sdk which took over a year to release.

Reminds me of when I ordered a Castle Crasher from Newgrounds. When I received it, I found it had come with a duplicate miniature weapon instead of four different ones. I emailed one of the guys that manages the NG Store and he actually sent me the mini weapon I was missing in a yellow envelope, along with an Angry Faic sticker which had "The is how you probably felt..." with black marker.
Yeah kinda unrelated, but big companies that are very involved with their community/fanbase are always the best. b

Well, to be honest, you can't really compare the scale of Behemoth to Valve. But awesome nonetheless. My favourite CC moment is at the Castle Crashers booth at PAX and I asked a guy "Is Dan Paladin here?"
