It's not meant as a meme, rather it uses it to humorous value. if someone plasters the shoop-da-whoop on it and replaces the text with [highlight]IT'S OVER 900000000000000!!!!!!!!!1[/highlight], then I might get a little pissy.

I don't see why someone would complain about a meme like fsjal(anticipation guy), this one, rage guy etc. I mean, shoop and "it's over 9000!!!" are just the same forced joke over and over again, but framework photoshop memes actually have different jokes and flashes of creativity.
exactly. Memes, even though they're considered 'memes', are annoying as hell only if they're the forced ones, or the extremely overused (9000!!!!!!!!!!!) ones.
Part of humor is being a little unexpected, and that's pretty much been killed with pedobears and King Leonidas. Occasionally, they can be funny, but not often and usually when they are, it's in real life.
