shit, thats the interceptor engines. I dont know the civilian ones. But I think they have the same options but both are governed to 120
[editline]23rd December 2016[/editline]
and the inline 4 eco is also an option
I'm pretty certain Ford and Crysler don't change anything tune wise for their civilian versus police engines. Aside from small tunes for car vs trucks I guess.

At least for the CVPI you get a more aggressive tune. Also a different airbox and MAF.
Afaik, the p71(at least 05 and up) got a better intake, a drive line that doesn't explode if you go too fast, better gearing, and oil coolers.
That's it. Dual exhaust too, but the sport got that too.

05 also got a rear fender antenna that got removed the next model year because crackheads kept ripping them off and beating cops with them
the little i4 eco aint a bad little motor in them. Plus you get 22-26mpg (tested yesterday that yesterday).
My only complaint about that chassis is the "parking lights" bitch wheres the button to make those stay on 24/7 and glow like a tesla and were is the button to permently deactivate them incase you want to sit at a drive in theatre. Oh and the civ models come with p shit tires from the factory.

It feels nice finally being able to work on my car propper, the other day replaced the entire rear brake system on my Miata, and went as smooth as it possibly could have.
And all of the parts and fluids and such came out to under 200. Love this car.

The new ones today differ from the civilian models quite a bit with features and tunes
Working on a logo if I make this into a custom parts/fabrication company sorta, thoughts?

I know theres a little tit in the C. I'm thinking either I leave it plain like this, or I stylize it a little more aggressively.
Could space the "L and I" the same width as the H for symmetry? The L itself needs to be adjusted I think, just know how
You'd have to space the L and I the same distance as the "posts" on the H.

I think the tip of the L should line up with the C, kind of like this:

I like how this turned out! Making everything symetrical really cleans it up right!
Yeah it does say Lich, and the styling of it sort of goes after metal styling since thats all I listen to haha!
I have it as Lich because it sort of ties in with what I do/have been doing, keeping a corpse of a vehicle alive through unconvential methods and ultimately creating something better. Unconventional being custom fab work instead of replacing with stock. A lich is like a king that died, and was resurrected.
I'm a big dungeons and dragons nerd so it ties in with that as well haha!
Thanks for the help guys, I'll remake it and make a post a little later today!

Picked up another greasy cummins 5 speed for cheap, going to set this one aside to flip later. Just needs a wheel bearing and then I'll hork it to some dumb kid for cheap.
I want it
What's considered cheap Valon? Like $2500 or what? Most Cummins 1st gens are ~$4000.
[editline]24th December 2016[/editline]
With 400,000 miles. lol.
whats best way to get out carpet stains ppl? I have a carpet cleaner for household.
I have spent most of the day cleaning my truck, re assembling it and perfecting the things that annoy me. Im heavily debaiting selling my truck and either getting a k2500 of the same body style or alittle newer.
Also were do I find suction cups strong enough to do PDR. Gotta make it seem like Im not a horrible driver and enjoys crashing into trees n knee high poles at 4am.

Either Turtle Wax or Bissel for aerosol & foam sprays. Be sure to use a fairly stiff brush if using chemical agents. Otherwise get a professional to steam clean it.
Don't just dump water, scrub, and vac as some used car dealers do as it will take you a fucking year to get it to work.
Work in sections and work all of the crud in the carpet to one spot. Try to brush in one direction if heavily soiled and alternate vacuuming and brushing.

Aka, the one I had (but no, not the same as Delorean motor actually)
@lerith $1500 lol. Its beat to fuck though, I've heard things about how first gens are garbage and anybody that wants one hasnt had one yet and they're right. Trying to load it on the trailer and the driver side door wouldn't open from body flex.
Also, it has 310k km on the engine, 400-500k on the body, should be an easy flip because "dat dere cummins bro"
Its a 1989 non intercooled with a necksnapping 160hp!

Go the extra mile and pull the whole carpet. What I did was use a whole spray bottle of Super Clean/Purple Power, let it soak for half an hour, and then pressure wash the snot outta it! The third pic is after washing it, the last is after shooting it with Dupilcolor vinyl and fabric paint. Been half a year or so and you'd honestly never tell.
I've always wanted one cuz they look bad ass. Seems like people mostly buy them to pull the motors and scrap the rest, but that body is my favorite Dodge truck.
Dad had a '93 with the 318. I don't remember him having any issues with it. He was kicking himself after selling it for a 2nd Gen and not keeping it for my first vehicle, since he sold it to our neighbor, who trashed it. Really sucked, because the thing was fucking immaculate. No rust- really. No, really. I'm serious!
I would love to get a first gen, lower it, short bed, and make 300whp with a Cummins.
Or a 6BT Lil'Red Express.
Oh yeah that's my second favorite dodge truck. The early Warlock is my favorite favorite. :v:

If I had to get a pickup it'd be old, big enough to work, but not ridiculous dually horseshit. Maybe a fifth/sixth gen F-150?
