That transmission has been back to the shop for warranty work no less than four times. It was a mutual agreement with the shop that it had become a lemon.
Also the transmission shop closed half a year ago, so technically there wasn't a warranty anymore anyways. v:v:v

Well my car did come with grill lights still installed, and trunk lights. The wigwag is also still in the car and comes on randomly cause I don't know what the fuck it's connected to.

I've been proned out, at gunpoint, by the CHP. I drove a black CVPI with a push bar and nothing else. Someone with a vehicle like mine used red and blue dash lights to pull over someone and rob them at gunpoint elsewhere in the county. 11 on the pucker factor.

It wasn't so much the car itself, as the car matched a description of an armed robbery suspect in the area. Totally reasonable response.
They tossed the car, put it back, and dusted me off, and one of the actually important guys pulled me aside and walked me through it. I was cool after, but man is it scary to get screamed at with guns pointed at you.
They stopped traffic, too, it was nuts.

I remember when we had a Yugo, we bought one second hand made for the American market and the speedo was in MPH instead of KPH. It also had 5 gears for some reason and my dad installed LPG on it. It ran well until the head gasket blew and we had to do some machine work on the head. It ran fine after that as well but then my dad just decided to use a recycling coupon and traded it for a Punto. I'm actually surprised at the amount of Yugos still running around here, and they're dirt cheap even for a third world country, might get one for myself if I can't find a decent 1980s BMW 3 series

There seem to be a rule regarding old BMW's being abused to hell and back no matter where in the world.
I'm still all kinds of silly for a sharknose, but a decent condition one costs a fortune.
