Zip tie a harmonica to the frame facing forward

Does this actually work?
I ask because Ive got a big ugly push guard that could use some spicing up.
i don't know why y'all are suggesting seafoam when you could use something half like a gallon of 2stoke oil.
Surely that won't mess up anything at all and have a better to $ to smoke ratio. 6:1-16:1 ratio
naaaaaaah it will be fineeee.

It all depends on where you place it, but yeah it should be quite audible.
I went and looked at this thing I posted a couple weeks back the other day.

looks good, it looks REALLY good inside and out, until you open the engine bay, wiring harness from the swap with a bunch of wires sticking into nothing. headlights don't work except for the angel eyes, rear right blinker doesn't work, have to push the whole assembly in and it works. wheels are bent, doors don't close, clutch barely grabs, has a leaky fuel line, leaks oil. I don't even remember all the issues anymore.
all that I could've had for 5400 euro.
5400 euro sounds like alot for a car that'd cost that much to fix.
Not sure what the exchange rate on $ to euro is, but it'd at least be that much in US buck.

Shame they ruined it with a TH350.
It may be a slushy 3 speed but at least its tough. I bet the mini spool would grenade before that tranny ever let go.
Shame they ruined it with a TH350.
Dont know about the TH350 but the TH400 in my dads race car holds up to more than 3500hp and 6.2s in the quarter mile
Iirc, the 350 is just a 400 without overdrive
[editline]31st January 2017[/editline]
Gearing might be different too
Y'all up on your engine balancing principals?
I have some time to put into the Wyvern and i'm kinda at an impasse as to how to balance the thing.

The TH350 is a good transmission but they took a light and sporty 4-speed out and slushed it up. That makes me really sad.
Oh, i thought you guys might like this, my dad is restoring an old cub cadet.

I'm mad. quebec is a shithole, the roads are like a wartorn 3rd world country. theres about 6 million potholes underneath the snow that you cant really see, and I hit some too hard, I've been here less than a week and I already need an alignment, and I've got a big oil leak somewhere under the engine, it leaks about 1 quart every 40-50 miles, I bought 2 gallons of oil and am hoping it doesnt get worse while I drive back home to a first world country.
in addition the DOT are schizophrenic here and ban parking on the road at random times regardless of whether there has been or will be snow in the past, future or present. I can't get parking because the frogs here are jewish to the core and want $300 per winter(so for like 2 months) to park in an uncovered parking lot in a small nowheresville town.
on another note all I've got to do is fix the parking brake on that S70 and it should be good for inspection, I looked over everything pretty well, and aside for tires, and the timing belt being due, everything looks good. good compression on all cylinders, suspension bushings look acceptable, drives good, brakes are brand new almost. only thing was that I had to wire in a toggle switch in order to bypass the starter relay, which for some reason just isn't working, even though it, and another one are brand new.

God I fucking died laughing!! I love you, post more rants :v:
maybe its amplified because I hate quebec as well haha
man if you want to talk about shitty roads, come to christchurch. 6-7 years after an earthquake and you can still tall it by the roads. and the lack of buildings.

It may vary by year, but the 400 was available on small blocks. Same with the 4L80e.
The 6.2 diesel could be ordered with a th350, th400, or 700r4. Same with the 350 in that era.

Thats right, I remember motor homes and HD vehicles with a smallblock can also have the change to get a TH400
I honestly dont know the exact different, must be light internal changes
What's you guys's opinion on ECT? I have it in my car and love it, but I know people who hate it
Odd, I just tested on dry pavement, both wheels spin in a burnout, yet every time I hit an ice patch with just one rear tire, nothing but slippage, even if I mash the throttle. Is this normal, or are my clutch packs worn to shit?

Hello, lets verify you are not drivign a chevy. Please walk to the front of your vehicle and admire the badge. Does it have a bowtie or a oval.

Isn't that just the differential doing its job? Unless you have an LSD
Isn't that just the differential doing its job? Unless you have an LSD
yea its a limited slip, as I recall on this design, the more torque goes though the differential, the more it pushes the spider gears outward onto the clutch packs. When the clutch packs grab, it locks the spider gears in place temporarily, spinning both wheels.

Oi, that's the joke. I would have also said do you have a G80 rear end too?
But nooooooo you gotta call me a dipshit out of the gate.
Ive got the dart all wired. All my accessory circuits work. Nothing on my relay circuits function. Theyre wired correctly, but i am not getting power to the switched side (fuel pump, headlights, etc) but am getting power at the battery lead, ground is good, and +12v ign side is working. Maybe because im using 5 pin relays and only need a 4 pin relay? Or theyre just all wired backwards. I have to sort it out.

This mustang has been sitting in that spot for god knows how long.
I want it. I know it doesn't function. But I want it.
All I know about it is its a 1967 hardtop.
And it plus the unknown bimmer have been in the same spot for at least 10 years.
The starter for the turbo slant says out for delivery...
