It's got a oil insertion tube that comes from the top of the right head and runs all the way to in front of the radiator, but there's no dipstick on the cap for that. I can't find anything else that remotely resembles a dipstick handle anywhere else. Brake fluid resivoir would be helpful, too.
Brake fluid res in the bus is under a trapdoor under the drivers floorpan. Dunno if that helps.
Crew cab f250s dobt fit in sonic parking spots lmao
Shit, I went to cars and coffee today but my brain was so unbelievably fried from discovering unlimited drinks for $15 last night that I couldn't handle all the engines.

I want to drink at a place that has $15 unlimited. Two drinks in and you break even
I accidentally flooded the carb and it belched fire back up through the primaries. Oops. Is that going to kill a thermoquad?
I accidentally flooded the carb and it belched fire back up through the primaries. Oops. Is that going to kill a thermoquad?
As long as it was just a quick burp and not a continuous fire, then no problem, unless it's one of the last carburetors where the manufacturers liked to use as much plastic as possible.
As long as it was just a quick burp and not a continuous fire, then no problem, unless it's one of the last carburetors where the manufacturers liked to use as much plastic as possible.
Well it's a thermo-quad so it's got a plastic body. But it was a pretty quick burp and died down within 5 seconds.
yeah, its fine. If commiefornia emissions will let you, id look for a real carb for it. You can find a big ol edelbrock or holley for pretty cheap at swap meets or ebay.
I want to drink at a place that has $15 unlimited. Two drinks in and you break even
Christ, where do you live? A beer at my local haunt is ~4 dollars and I can get mixed drinks for about that same price. Anyways, gonna get in contact with the EF seller, and see if anyone has a car dolly. The car's about 3 hours away from me. Maybe I can get him to part with it for under a grand, hmmmm.
Well it's a thermo-quad so it's got a plastic body. But it was a pretty quick burp and died down within 5 seconds.
Seems like it's made of a plastic compound similar to bakelite, and that's fairly tough against fire & heat.
well drinks are for drunks
Christ, where do you live? A beer at my local haunt is ~4 dollars and I can get mixed drinks for about that same price.
Last night prices were $4 beer (bottle/cup), $5 talls, and $6.50 starting for mixes
well drinks are for drunks
Oi. [editline]8th October 2016[/editline]
Last night prices were $4 beer (bottle/cup), $5 talls, and $6.50 starting for mixes
Mine was 40$ for 2 Irish car bombs and 3 shots of Jim bean. Plus I got to take the bottle of Jim home.
I want to drink at a place that has $15 unlimited. Two drinks in and you break even
I go to a gay bar all the time because it has $10 unlimited drinks on certain days [editline]8th October 2016[/editline] one other place I go it's $1 a pint during happy hour. [editline]8th October 2016[/editline] mine the other day was $10 for 9 12 ounce blue moons and then once drink and drown was over another 2 for $4. last night I was drinking gin bucks at home so that was pretty cheap
$3 a pint pretty much everywhere in western NY. Guess I shouldn't complain, but still prefer a 6-pack of 16oz Genesee's for under $5
$3 a pint pretty much everywhere in western NY. Guess I shouldn't complain, but still prefer a 6-pack of 16oz Genesee's for under $5
if I'm drinking cheap at home I like mickey's. those bottles they come in are so cool

Finally fucking got home after picking up DP's merc :v: We stopped at wal-mart and got a battery for it then went to put it in the car and noticed it only had one terminal so we just kind of returned it on the spot and left
Fuckin walmart. Shit tieer retail.
The battery had both terminals it was the car that only has one terminal We also noticed all the wiring in the engine bay is gone and we don't have a key to start it anyway so the battery was kind of useless to us, we are spending the battery money on having a key made
Well fuck walmart anyway
Doesn't/didn't DP work at walmart
I am a proud member of the Walmart auto-center team! I can totally believe the battery story, 100%. A lot of the people running our registers are clueless. Granted, it'd be glaringly obvious that a terminal was missing when you take it off of the shelf, but I can see my guys/gals not noticing it.
No lmao there was nothing wrong with the battery it's just our car has basically no cables in it because of parts thieves We thought the car had both terminals so we could put a battery in and begin to diagnose the electrical system but it didn't Wal-mart did nothing wrong, they even offered us new tires for $30 each but they only had 3 of them so we were like nah
Yea dut fuck ealmart for reasonns
Gee I wonder what Dave is doing... Wonder no more friends; he is still working on a car very slowly in between running his own handyman business, along with restoring boats and raising 3 childrens. Maybe one day he will settle down and stay on the internet for a minute again. Anyway. Here's my car porn dump for the week. If it has A/C and such, and the dipstick is physically missing, it will be hidden behind the alternator bracket. If the handle is there, you are literally looking right at it above the A/C pump if it is there.
Everything is soooooo clean!! Been watching you on IG, doing a fantastic job!
That is and always has been the prettoest fucking slant sixx ive ever seen, real life or on the internet. Cant wait to see that sucker ruunnin .
