[editline]25th December 2010[/editline] [img_thumb]http://sphotos.ak.fbcdn.net/hphotos-ak-snc4/hs1385.snc4/163761_476789352996_674622996_5857335_416028_n.jpg[/img_thumb] My favorite presents this year. And I got these from my parents: Fleece blanket: A yellow sub/sgt pepper's clock (which I can't find an image of) Yellow Sub "3D" poster: Collectible Album Bus: And I'm going back to HPB on Sunday to go buy more books. This has been a bitchin' Christmas.
I got a Beatles book, A Photographic History of The Beatles and a mug with this design on it, except it says "The Fab Four" where this picture says "Yeah, Yeah, Yeah!!!" Although it is further proof that Yoko is a rare breed of bridge troll.

Nice. I'm gonna upload a WIP of my Beatles canvas project thingy in a sec. [editline]25th December 2010[/editline] [IMG_thumb]http://i52.tinypic.com/j74x2c.jpg[/IMG_thumb] Looks ten times better IRL. Anyways, I plan on painting the canvas black and putting something in white for the background. Probably some music lines and notes. Not entirely sure yet.
if you did that I would murder yooou
But I like living.
The only Beatles thing I got was a book called Unseen Archives: The Beatles. It's awesome though.
 Lennon I bought the print for $5 off the streets of New York City last week lol, everything else was a Christmas present. I plan on buying more Lennon posters soon.
I have that CD. I really want those magazines though. Those look awesome.
I got the lost Lennon tapes and a year subscription to Rolling Stone. Other than that I got a good amount of Beatles things, I also got a $50 gift card to my local record store. I still hope the half off sale is still going on.
The Beatles stuff I got: And this thing: It's got 4CDs, each with a collection of interviews with each Beatle on, as well as a book about their first tour of the US. It's a limited edition version too, with the reference number on the front (08709). And my uncle (who gave it to me) was originally going to get rid of it. oh it was in its original cellophane wrapping when I unwrapped it but fuck I wanna listen to it
I was talking to my uncle earlier today while having Christmas dinner, and mentioned the Beatles book I got. He said he's got loads of the monthly Beatles fan club magazines from the sixties, and that he'll bring them over for me some day because he's "not going to do anything with them". He's also got all the UK vinyls, and Lennon's solo career on vinyl (though I would imagine he's keeping those).
Shit man you guys are lucky. I don't think any of my relatives have Beatles stuff, but my grandma said she used to go to the Airmen's club back in the 60s to visit her brother at Lackland Airforce Base and they played the Beatles there constantly. She said "I Want to Hold Your Hand" was her favorite song back then. I need to get her to tell me more stories.

I'm jelly as fuck.
Should also ask if he has any of the Christmas albums they sent to the Fan Club members.
I was just thinking that as I was typing the post. They were printed as flexi-discs in the UK, though, so I would imagine they'd be quite worn. Still would be cool to have the sleeves and everything, though.
I'm jelly as fuck.
He said he didn't like them
I would assume that back in the early sixties, their main fanbase was girls. For obvious reasons.
How did I know it would only be a matter of time before you started posting those pictures
:smugdog: Because I am very predictable.
And to be honest I thought the opening of Hard Day's Night proved that :v:
