Spotted today (down a very long driveway). Now I know a 2000 Chrysler Neon may not seem like much to you guys. I also know that the plate "3 ECH" may not seem of interest either. The cars worth little over £1000 ($1500), the plates worth between £10,000 - £20,000 ($15,000 - $31,500)!

Why doesn't someone grab the plate off? What's so special?

Just like you would if you returned to your car to find your plates stolen? There is a huge demand for/and competition for personalized plates and people will pay silly money. Especially if the plate is short. This one was first issued in the 1920's/30's. Also, unlike the US we cannot have any plate we like. We are restricted to plate codings E.G. Our current coding of AA55 AAA.

Ahh, I'm just kinda surprised that someone hasn't taken it and hung it in their bedroom or whatever they do seeing as it's that rare.

I was disappointed at the engine bay. I sent a close up picture of the engine bay to my brother, and he guessed it was a 350z LOL, it's rather underwhelming to look at.

Once again, i think it looks ugly in pictures, yet i saw a all black one at the auto show and it was pants creamingly sexy

I still think those rims look horrible
