But why Shells?
it's like
vfc and lct are one of the two best ak makers and they make a whole lot of nice variants
and for budget people, dboys and cyma do just fine
Wait I didn't post my violins yet

The bass I built with my fappin hands. Not perfect but I love it.

This kills people
[editline].[/editline]
My bass woods:
Body - Cherry
Body Faceplate - Curly maple
Neck - Maple
Fingerboard - Indian Rosewood
Headstock Faceplate - Cocobolo
I don't have any pictures of the acoustic bass I'm currently building, but I've incorporated Cherry, Spruce, Maple, Padauk, Indian Rosewood, and Wenge so far.
But why Shells?
Shells are cool duh.
I figure if you're making a gun that will never be practical for standard skirmishing, make it as fun and/or realistic as possible.
I really like the idea of having a WW1/WW2 skirmish with all bolties and stuff.
I really wish a company would make a metal trishot.
So i learned that glass BBs are a thing, There goes any hope of ever being able to comfortably use mesh goggles ever again even if my field bans them.
why would you even
those just sound bad.
like what if one hits cover next to you, shatters, then peppers you with glass shards.
Also why 6mm paintballs are a horrible idea. Although still not as bad as glass bbs.
So i learned that glass BBs are a thing, There goes any hope of ever being able to comfortably use mesh goggles ever again even if my field bans them.
If it makes you feel better, the reason glass bb's are normally banned is because they penetrate goggles, so now you'll never feel adequately safe again.
6mm paintballs are different though because they're only really just mildly annoying to the recipient but they're likely to fuck up your gun if you put them through it
I don't care about the advantages but fuck anyone using ceramic or glass bbs, especially in the UK.

time to buy a bucket
and put a camera on top and a screen inside
Why would they even produce glass BBs?
Why would they even produce glass BBs?
I believe it has to do with the ballistics. I think its easier to get perfectly spherical bb's with proper weight distribution with glass than plastic. Also, for heavyweight bb's a denser material is required because the area remains the same while the weight must increase, and I think that glass is good for that.

That man is Zeus. He is giving birth to one half of Dionysus in his right thigh and the other half in his left.

SO, I got my serpa in aaaaand
my kp08 doesnt fit.
The slide has a ridge where the normal 1911 doesnt and it cuts into the holster, which I could fix with dremelling, but the trigger guard, which I hoped would fit because its rounded, is too wide. SO, I'm probably going to have to buy this:
http://www.evike.com/product_info.php?products_id=29967
and a frame to go with it. sucks but whatever, I've been wanting to buy that grip for a while now anyway.
I got my Hi Capa to fit in my 1911 serpa. Had the same trigger guard problem, mine was a tad too big, some dremelling fixed it right up and hasn't had any negative effect on it working.
do you have pics of where you dremelled? I think I can see where, but just for reference

Looks like someone skipped leg days and took steroids instead.

Yeah, as you can see I just basically flattened out that area and extended it slightly, removed the retaining stick first though. Providing you dremel it incrementally bit by bit you should be fine.
