So i want to make an east german AK, but i'm not sure what base gun to use. AKM, AK74, or AK104?

AKM.

Either an AKM or AK74 will work but in the photos I've seen the AKM is more common. Go AKM.

Hi guys, I'm new here, a long time friend of Teh G3A3. I'm just now getting into Airsoft as a hobby due to a local field finally opening. I live in South East Texas, own several actual firearms and am looking into ordering my first replicas for CQB. I own an entire Vietnam loadout that was previously used for reenacting(minus the M16A1), and am currently interested in gear relevant to CQB. I enjoy long walks on the beach, and my preferred camouflages are MARPAT and OD Green. LETS BE FRIENDS.

Yes, I have converted my sawn-off trishot into a sniper rifle. It's even more accurate than my 416, where I can get at least one of the three bbs to hit a man sized target from a long distance away.
